Why have Ternion chosen to raise money this way? Binance are making millions of profit on listing fees and commissions, and now they are building a decentralized exchange too. Not that I do not wish them the best, but the Ternion team have no time to waste. Funding or not, they have to continue developing or be doomed.

Is the exchange only available in Q3 of 2019? Before that date will any beta or test be available? Should all investors go through KYC?
I asked about the kyc for bounty, it's only needed if you want to sell your tokens there. So basically you'll have to do it eventually if you want to use the site to sell your tokens. You can withdraw them without kyc though...

I have the same worry about the exchange market. Also, now it is harder to hold onto the market.
For take some good share on the market, you need to make something very good comparing to other ones. I hope ternion can do.
Exchanges are quite limited in services they can offer. Especially regulated ones. Maybe they should concentrate on being customer friendly and adjust fees a bit accordingly.

I feel ternion will be something in the exchange markets. The work which is already done by the team is remarkable and I heard they are listing many new coins.
I think a listing works like on every other exchange. The coins and tokens have to apply for a listing and pay a fee.

I believe that such a comparison is not entirely correct. You can declare any development plans and look advantageous against the background of already working exchanges. But these are just plans. At the moment, none of this yet. It's too early to compare. But what is - the exchange interface is now very far from perfect. The interface needs to be seriously refined.

The best feature for ternion is the fiat gateway I think, it’s really something that many exchanges want and people need at the moment. If the team really carry that and sucess to deliver this, the value of the exchange could be very high.
