My wallet.exe won't connect to network.

My computer crashed during network sync and now it won't connect.

I've tried restoring from mnemonic phrase but still no luck.

The sumokoin.org website is showing that its ssl certificate is expired so im wary of uninstalling my wallet and redownloading the zip file.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation before?

Windows 10 machine btw. if that counts for anything.

Please advise

There are direct links for GUI wallet and binaries on the OP...or you can download them from here:

This month and the following ones are going to be awesome. Hats of to the devs! They are continuously adding pearls to the necklace and subsequently increasing my confidence in the project.

Maybe it was already addressed in this topic, but can it be that sometimes transactions are missing in the GUI Wallet?
I have used the GUI Wallet and I haven't had any problem. Maybe your wallet isn't fully synchronized.
Could you be more specific with the problem, please?
I noticed this problem with several of my wallets. The wallets are fully synchronized, I even tried a resync. I also tried to restore it with the mnemonic seed and do a full sync. When I use the cli wallet or the mobile wallet I can see all the transactions, but with the Gui there are just some transactions missing.
Yes we are aware
The coins are added in your total balance at the GUI however there is a timestamp issue with tx's "carried" on the same block.
It is just a tx reporting issue and will be fixed with the next release the following weeks
https://github.com/sumoprojects/SumoGUIWallet/issues/39
Thxs! I just started the Gui wallet again and this time the 'missing' transaction appeared in the wallet, but another transaction disappeared  Cheesy.
Yes these are transactions that "arrived" on the same block Smiley the frontend fails to report them correctly. If you check your balance all the coins are  there though. No worries it will be fixed promptly
You are right. These are indeed transactions from my Sumo pool which included several sub addresses of my wallet.

official pool  don't work ?

Yeap, there is a server problem that's caused by the provider. Please temporarily migrate to another pool

Thought I was the only one having an issue with it. Any pool recommendations?
sumokoin.hashvault.pro not bad pool, pay regularly

Thanks for the recommendation! Will keep it as a back up whenever the official pool is down

I love my wife and my little girl
Lets hope you are right. Luckily for you is that first one will be tested Monero. I do believe result will be same on any clone.  This is not cryptographical flaw but users flaw.  So cant be charthographicly fixed. If user give his private keys away no math can save him. Not even 12 mixings.
Private keys, which can secure our capital investment, are the most important things in the crypto-ecosystem. I don't think investors should give their private keys away to anyone. It's too risky to do this because you almost can not totally believe in someone. People can change over time due to impacts of  their surroundings, pressures of daily expenses.
