Why am I doing your homework for you? There is more than few, by the way Tenx has no real product on the market so I don't understand your point. What exactly did Tenx achieved past 8 months? Please tell me

My thoughts about PAY token...

Under the Howey Test, a transaction is an investment contract (a security) if:

- It is an investment of money

- There is an expectation of profits from the investment

- The investment of money is in a common enterprise

- Any profit comes from the efforts of a promoter or third party

With the new token structure Julian has been talking about, there is no expectation of profits from the investment (criteria 2) and there is a small work to do in order to make a profit, and therefore profits don't come from the effort of a third party (criteria 4).

So, according to this definition the PAY token is not a security and everything is OK. Just give the team and the lawyers enough time to do their job.

Yes, TenX isn't a scam but the team has failed to live up to expectations. This isn't what we were promised before and during the ico. I'm aware a major card issuer stop issuing cards to cryptocurrency card firms but this shouldn't have hindered the progress of the project. I'm really disappointed. The price too, is nothing to write home about. It's been on a steady decline.

Yeah. Just looking at how big their team is becoming is very encouraging. I will ignore all the fudding and hodl at least until the end of this year and see what they will be delivering by then. In the mean time I may even pick up some more tokens while they are on sale.

This is really frustrating to know that they don't have any advantage over their competitor anymore.

that is ridiculous, it has been 8 months, that is long time in cryto world. If they made "some" progress, people would of understand but in case, that is not case.

I have not been to ico, but I've been watching the project for a long time. Now the project has problems with cards. Now is a very good time to buy their tokens. Now I buy pay because the price is low and it's good for me. Problems with the card are temporary problems. Centra had their ICO in SEPTEMBER 2017 not July and they outpaced TENX by many times

Exactly CENTRA is newer project and have their cards working in numerous countries including U.S. I am dazzled by the fact that Tenx market cap is so high if we take into account that their CC provider got burned.

I am not saying that the team is bad but the market situation is absurd, they do not have a card, as far as i know they dont have an alternative for CC provider but still their token is quite valuable and stable.

I don't follow Centra since I'm not an investor but Cliff High stated that US gov't will favor Centra over any companies since Centra is US based company. Centra has already implemented multiple different alt coins on their wallet and last time I remember Centra were in process of sending the cards out worldwide. Actually checking their twitter page (Feb 20 twits), these digital asset (appears to top 20 coins) will be spendable on March 1. Let me see, Tenx has bitcoin and maybe Eth, that is nice
