- Active development, so easy to invest in.

OR

- Steady price, so easy to get in to trade... worst case, it seems, is you hold on long enough for new announcement.

Are you sure there are only 2 developers working on it? Based on the market cap and the amount of Adex they are worth, i don't think that they are working with just 2 developers. Nowadays the team minimum size of such market cap is easily 10 and more. Probably the Adex team can answer this.

But if you look on github, it seems to have 4 contributors:

the 2 others are not very productive. In fact, it seems to have only 1 developper with a lot of commits (Ivshti)

they are using private repo and they will public everything when it is ready. There is nothing wrong with this

and if you want to rate their github maybe do code review instead of talking "not much comits"
