As for the "community-takeover", dont even bother. Again, let this be a lesson that we as a crypto community do not tolerate crap like this. No point in trying to revive something that would've potentially ripped people off, new devs or not. Just let it die.

Thank You, your opinion is highly valued. A decision that reflects the communities thoughts on this matter, shall be made on 09AUG2014.

^ END IT. LET ARCH DIE.

Let it be a lesson to all would-be developers (potential scammers) that we have ZERO tolerance for all the scam & shitcoins releasing left and right. ARCH looked good, i'll give it that. But thats literally all it had going for it. Arch Devs put a set value on a coin and asked for a lot of BTC for essentially nothing but a pretty wallet. As you can see from the IPO, the crypto community is not stupid enough to fall for crap like this anymore.

Even without saying ARCH was a scam, it's easy to see they clearly went the wrong way with this whole process and assumed people would just drop a bunch of BTCs for almost nothing. I'm glad it failed because it shows that the crypto community is clearly learning.

Dear esteemed ARCH Community,

As the Architect Coin Community Manager, approved by the devs, I am reaching out regarding the future of ARCH.

As you all know, the Architect Coin ICO did not meet the 80% requirement establish by ARCH Dev’s. To avoid having community members suffer unnecessary losses, the Devs requested that all coins be refunded back to those that purchased through the ICO. The time allotted for the ICO refund / buy back is nearing its end.

All coins are still held in a single address controlled by Bittrex.

As a community we have an important decision to make. Do we try to continue on without the developers, or do we end this now?

In order to ensure we reach a decision, I propose that if no firm decision to continue ARCH has been reached in 7 days, then I will contact bittrex to destroy the coins.

Whatever you decide, as the Community Manager I will continue to support you all.

Please add comments or concerns, this decision requires input from you all.

Thank You

Distribution is still being discussed, finding out what's up with the refund for ICO investors now.

Maybe DEV need to adjust the price not 2800sats, but 280sats that would already be more interesting for people to join, that is still 13.5BTC!!!! And this is still a very big amount for a coin.

Once we hear back from bittrex on the status of our questions we'll relay them to everyone (regarding refunds, and premine). We will be giving the community managers coins to do with as they see fit. For us the project was unsuccessful therefor we are going to exit from this at a loss of both time and money, but hey that's the chance you take in anything.

What did you thought that people would give you 137BTC for nothing? Come on, we are speaking here about $100,000. If you would do a normal ICO of 5% or so, or even 20% but at a price that investors can make some money too. 20% = 10BTC or so, then your total coin is worth 50BTC and this is still a lot of money. When you check how many coins are trading below a marketcap of $30,000 then there are more trading below then above. And if you work hard enough for your coin then it can move up like VOOT or PC for example.

Can you tell me how long you can pay salaries for multiple jobs which was part of the point of this coin on 10 BTC? For some traders that may seem like a lot but really it's pennies for development and community workers. I shouldn't need to go further into this discussion the reasons for a larger ipo are quite obvious.

Doesn't matter. Who asked you to create this shitcoin? Again how hard is this to understand. No one is going to pay you to take a nice long vacation and hold your "bag" for you. You have some nerve coming onto this forum and telling people that they need to pay you $100,000.00 USD to develop something that no one needs. And then act like you are being cheated. Screw you. The world doesn't need anymore shitcoins.

If you are serious developers then call BitScam and ask them to give you THEIR $100,000.00 USD up front to develop your coin. If it's worth anything, then you can offer the ICO or what not and you will get paid. We are not your bag holders, nor your momma and daddy. Get a real job or pitch your idea to venture capital and get them to invest.

These scams must end. NOW.

Bahaha. Bitscam? What are you a cryptsy sock puppet?  The devs offered for us to set a base floor for the coin it's the same as the coins you buy off any exchange. It didnt sell and they refunded the btc. You sound like a complete jackass just trying to get your post count up.

Community expect DEV to make some development himself and not to pay people for doing that. Coins like Darkcoin for example did it all by theirself. There has been so much scam that it is a little too easy to think that people are putting money in a coin just because someone say, he needs to pay a lot of people. Anyone your coin was based on greed and people that are too greedy will lose.

BTW: how much did you pay for this ICO?

That's the big question. How much is BitScam taking for these things?
