i was wondering how many mins does it take to get a share accepted on la1 .... ? been on for 10 mins and nothing

LA1 is not mining atm as I posted above, your miner will not connect as the back end is off

CG1/NY2/EU3 should be running ok

Edit:
doing a full backup of la1 might need to move or rebuild

Mining on LA1 is off until I can get these scripts working right again they have not been running correctly since the provider fixed a problem the other day  Undecided

Nice to see so many people running nodes on the network  !!

All 6 coins look stronger than ever !!

Was thinking of putting up a permanent test net node or two for blake coin

Moving EU3 to another server

will be doing full backup and ip will change so may take awhile for dns to converge

To Clear/Flush DNS on Win/Lin/MAC see: https://www.eukhost.com/forums/f15/how-clear-flush-dns-cache-windows-linux-mac-machines-6337/

Edit:
back online DNS should be converging(can take a few hours) so can also use ip: 104.238.177.36 - EU3 now based in Frankfurt

It's about time -- All merrit accepted !!!
looks like the price is right,  i still need to aquire fpga boards badly

Hey everyone, I just saw this new FPGA dev board was launched. Anyone know if it would be good for Blake mining?

http://hackaday.com/2015/06/13/two-new-dev-boards-that-wont-make-your-wallet-hurt-so-good/

I am working on a cyclone v port but not had time to do any more work on it and the size of alm's/le's(space/resources for design/core(s)) on that board is still much lower than the spartan 6 lx150 from my tests fmax is not super, far from max cyclone v quotes

at least for the for blake core design, so good for dev not very useful for mining atm

power usage is great though due to 28nm Cheesy

If you can run a node for blake coin, photon or any other coins in the family , Blake bitcoin, Electron, Universal Molecule or Lithium Please consider doing so !!!

If you need help with set up , let me know and I will start a new thread on the various ways this can be done !!

Do you have any docs how to set up a node on linux server (CentOS, terminal without GUI)?

Used this to run electron daemon on ubuntu 12.04, may work for centos

...

Hope this helps

Thank you, i'll try it.  Smiley

EXCELLENT WORK

If you can run a node for blake coin, photon or any other coins in the family , Blake bitcoin, Electron, Universal Molecule or Lithium Please consider doing so !!!

Do you have any docs how to set up a node on linux server (CentOS, terminal without GUI)?

Used this to run electron daemon on ubuntu 12.04, may work for centos

1. Make sure linux has dependencies
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install git-core build-essential libssl-dev libboost-all-dev libdb5.1-dev libdb5.1++-dev libgtk2.0-dev libminiupnpc-dev qt4-qmake mingw32 synaptic qt-sdk qt4-dev-tools libqt4-dev libqt4-core libqt4-gui libdb++-dev

2. make wallet data directory (electron in this example)
cd /home
mkdir .electron

3. Get electron wallet daemon or build your own from source

A. download from my dropbox
wget https://www.dropbox.com/s/0dm2qimyhgm4nwb/electrond
cd /home/.electron
wget https://www.dropbox.com/s/2w6lt1vdnphpsbg/electron.conf (config file, edit as needed)

B. build electrond
clone source from github (https://github.com/Electron-Coin2014/Electron-ELT/)
cd src/
make -f makefile.unix

4. Depends on your data directory, you may want to copy the configuration file to a different directory
cd /home
chmod +x electrond
sudo ./electrond -daemon -conf=/home/.electron/electron.conf -datadir=/home/.electron

5. Check that electrond is running
./electrond getinfo

Hope this helps

Running nodes sounds interesting. I'd like to give it a go.

my config for photoncoin node without wallet + you need add rule to firewall: open port 35556

disablewallet=1
port=35556
server=1
daemon=1
connections=80
rpcuser=someuser
rpcpassword=somepassword
