Which the most people forget …
Not only the reward for running a service node is in future the money.
If you offer exchange service on your node you earn fees.
This is much more as the reward for running a servicenode.

For the exchange service 5000 coins are needed?

Yes you need 5000 Coins for Servicenode.
You can start the Servicenode as simple Node or as exchange.
For Exchange Modus you have to install the Wallet of Coins which will you deal.

is there a benefit to running an exchange node over a simple node?

You get to share in the trading fees too.  70/30 for node/stakers.   Imagine if the the blocknet DEX starts picking up in huge volumes...  $$$

What is the requirements for service-node with Win10 Desktop ?

-Is 4G LTE 50-100Mb good enough or does it have to be landline, or even VPS must have ? (Landline may have much more latency than VPS)
-Memory 4GB, 8GB or what ?
-Any 4-core CPU is fine ?
-SSD needed or hard drive enough ?

How many BLOCK are required for a master node? I remember those times when buying sufficient coins for a single master node was possible for the average joe, but I think those times are over Cheesy

You need 5000 at this point in time.

Well that is a proud price for a masternode. Roughly 100 thousand dollars at current prices, not bad Wink

With Blocknet its three things - the seriousness of the approach (see the UI reveal), the huge vision of the project, and integrity of the team that makes this a total winner.  Going to be kind of amusing watching the market slowly wake up to this monster in their midst Smiley    tick tock not long now....

I am surprised how far they have come in the last year, I wish I had more faith in them 12 months ago than I do now. But they have still made me happy.
