Im not saying not to be cautious with stuff like this or that it isnt a scam, but this is no different than how a BTC split works if this fork actually happens. Your wallets and their keys are duplicated.

To claim your coin safely you need  move your ETH to different wallets first, so that your old keys only work for claiming ETZ. If they wallet is trying to steal your keys they will get nothing but an empty ETH account.

That's correct. Just don't give anyone your private key including the EtherZero team. Some are misunderstanding us and they are just spreading rumours without checking source codes on our github. We will fork the MEW and provide an online wallet similar to MEW, and users can download the source code to run this wallet locally.

I just joined their Telegram to voice my concerns and they banned me instantly. I feel bad for anyone who gives these scammers their private key.

the growing number of new ICO will indirectly make Etherum network busy and of course will make transaction fee expensive, so new innovation is needed.

can you tell me, how does this hard fork work?

and when will snapshoot happen? because I did not see this information on the first page

Put it all on the line and go for broke
thank you all for the heads up. There seems to be so many of these scams these days. All the new apps based on ERC20 are the real forks of ETH.

no snapshoot like a bitcoin fork, this is 100% scam because we must enter a private key containing etherum to get ETZ free

I am not surprised by projects like this, when BTC was on rampage will have several forks of it and now is the time for Ethereum, but what I don't understand is the reason why nothing was said about the team on there website, it is better to see faces behind this project

Why not do a snapshot of the network and distribute
the tokens that way?

there is no way I trust entering my private keys into
any other website or anything else besides my own wallet.

That would be the safest & best way to do this.

Hope to hear a response on this.

It's a SCAM !!!

It's a 100% scam by the OP !!!

Who on Earth in their right mind would sell ETZ to an early investor at 0.005 ETH each? That's a ratio of 200:1 not 1:1! They also want you to retrieve your private key which means that they'll use their "wallet" to STEAL all the ETH from yours. Also the etherzero.org website is so poorly written and laid out that a 5yr old could do better!

befree8 can't even type proper English and appears to be very unprofessional. It wouldn't surprise me if he/she is just out to rip you all off by capitalising on the cancelled ETH fork that was originally planned.

Just make sure your ETH is in a secure wallet (NOT on an exchange) and wait to see your free ETZ appear after the fork, assuming it goes ahead. However, I'm beginning to believe that this fork is a myth as it's always been mentioned in a PAID press release!

befree8... show us some hard facts and explain why you think some of us are stupid enough to fall for the 200:1 ETZ:ETC ratio by investing early?

Where is the White Paper?
Where is your roadmap?
Where is your company registered?
What is your company address?
Who is your CEO?

I'm going to FUD this thread constantly until we get some firm answers!
