I have received a small bounty myself as well, but that is no indication that the project is good or bad. What matters is how they deliver on their timeline. With their association with the estonian government e-citizen program, I think they'll be big. That's why I bought much more than I got in the bounty.

There is no information about that but it's just fair to re calculate again to release the right amount of bounty.
It's a successful project and they raised a good amount so I don't think they cannot pay the reward, the only question is when?

Majority yes... But there's always an angry and loud minority who mobilize fud when they don't get what they want immediately. Luckily devs are handling the situation like they should - Very well.

We have reason to be angry, Change only paid out 1/3rd of what they said they would pay to the bounty workers...You have no idea what is going on.

Kucoin and Etherdelta.

Every ICO is (over)hyped to sell a lot of tokens and after the hype is over, everybody starts screaming 'scam' because their investment doesn't multiply by 200... I think that was possible before but now there are too many ICO's because a lot of people / companies just see 'free money' in it.

they talked with other companies that have done bounty campaigns, they said people hacked into the spreadsheets and changed the ether addresses to steal the rewards. Also, these are mostly their words, not mine. You're the one who doesn't know what he's talking about I'm afraid

No point talking to a fully blinded man.. do you even know how many spreadsheets publicly posted in the bounty section?
