It depends of the amount of CYL you are holding and how many people are holding, so it is dynamic, for me to say an exact amount could be incorrect, at least you need 1k CYL to participate and earn Crystal rewards, the more CYL you are holding, more Crystal rewards you have.

You are right, we are all waiting for the implementation of this project. It is unfortunate that the Bounty campaign is not foreseen.
