There won't be any legitimate trader that will outperform the market any more than you yourself can do through buying and holding.

I previously participated in Rialto.ai which claim to be the largest arbitrage and market-maker with a team of PhDs in data analytics and machine learning, and yet its performance is sub standard that I have to sell off everything.

And I was a trader before going full time now into crypto. I developed my own proprietary trading system that can do both trend-following and mean reversion, and still it cannot survive the rampant HFT manipulation. Luckily I didn't put real money into it because the whole thing was running on historical data without over-fitting (I bet you don't know what I talk about). Despite having a system that can potentially make over 2000% return every year in conventional index market (S&P 500), it still systematically beaten by HFT manipulation. I realized a market that is powered by machine learning and data analytics (just the same thing in different name) is a highly competitive and saturated market. It is better to just buy and hold in a booming market than trading it.

Genesis Vision's business model based on trading approach will not turn out well. Please don't kid yourself that it will.

I would advise you to save your money and just do some objective fundamental analysis on some viable ICO projects and just ride the wave up.
Genesis Vision is not one of such viable project.

I would like to advise you on which viable ICO to buy judging by what could potentially be the next big thing in crypto + conventional market, but these ICOs have already ended and no matter how promising they will be in my mind, suggesting them to you to buy would be some conflict of interest and thus not ethical.

I cannot tell you which upcoming ICO to buy, but if I can help you to stay away from a bad one, I believe that should be good enough.

Interesting that I remembered there was more than 2 million Usd demand on pre-ico options and we had only 800 for now. For option, they paid %5 of the amount.

Probably they are not rushing to buy it.

In fact, this crypto industry is now at a booming stage, and it really doesn't pay to trade the market, because the upside potential far exceed the downside risk.
Even in conventionally mature market, buy-n-hold still beats the index.
I would say it is better to just buy-n-hold your money in one or two viable ICO projects and/or cryptocurrency for better night's sleep.
The investment potential of Genesis Vision based on the performance of "expert traders" is extremely risky and very likely will result in underperformance relative to the overall market.

Already collected $ 854741, this is still a good start to the ICO. I believe that by the end of the ICO the necessary amount will be collected. By the way, the fact that team tokens will be frozen for a year, this will positively affect the market price after the ICO.

If people don't buy it during the ICO, there is nothing stopping them from buying it after it goes onto exchanges. Even if they buy it weeks after it hits exchanges, they will still be considered as early investors - and given the promising nature of this project, they will most likely see a good return on their investment.

Nothing can stop a very good project and these days, investors are already smart enough to figure out a good project and this one is an example of that good project nowadays.

Yes it Is a pretty good start for the ico, more than 800k is a very nice start. And remember that the market is a bit hard these days and it will go better in few days. I think genesis vision will continue to raise money and even a lot of money.

The ICO has barely started, there's still a long way to go. That and coupled with the Eth fork and bitcoin fork, it may take off harder.

I don't see a problem if it's not sold out in 3 hours. They made a nice amount of money already, getting more and more every hour. Sometimes the overhyped ICOs are more problematic in the end.

I've seen plenty of ICOs finish anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 days later. I've noticed that how quickly it finishes does not affect the overall price at all. I wouldn't worry too much about how fast an ICO fills up.

I am focusing on the positive side. I lost too many "professional broker" on Twitter. They have some excel sheets that always shows profits never shows loses. But when you really start to watch him you can see he is full of loses.

With genesis vision you can really see how people are performing and if you like it, you can invest his portfolio. I can definitely try some.

I have mixed feelings.

On one hand I welcome transparency using blockchain tech in the trading industry. Genesis Vision also adds a ranking mechanism and manager coins to combat risk.

On the other hand, active traders rarely beat the market. Beating the market alone should be enough incentive. Adding additional incentives in the form of management fees, performance fees, and gamification on top of that seems gratuitous.

ICO aint running so fast but thats what we all expected.
Ethereum fork is today and Bitcoin fork in the following weeks, ... not much people are investing now in ICO's.

It's somehow ironic that the Genesis Vision team is mainly from Russia, but Russia was left out of the initial marketing   But I wouldn't put Russia in the focus of such a cryptocurrency platform either. It will catch up later, no doubt.

The business model of Genesis Vision is not viable.
Based primarily on trading hype that never work in 99% of actual cases.
Buy the ICO at your own risk.

It's good to see that the Genesis team are savvy enough to know that there are different marketing strategies required for different cultures/countries. It still is a shame that Russia was left out of the initial marketing; I'm guessing it was due to a lack of resources, but it will definitely be important to attract investors from this and other countries.

the team seems to know what they are doing and if they brought in Charlie Shrem i don't struggle to believe we will get some other surprise
