I think you want to say that how they can safeguard the interest of investors so there are many benefits which they have given to investors like they will get zero commission on booking, they will get extra 5 to 15% savings savings on their booking etc so they have safeguard the interest of investors which is good so that investors can feel safe while investing in this project

Yes you are talking right every business face difficulties when they start but there is also a solution to every problem and yes the prospects of this project is good and there are two types of user satisfied and dissatisfied so it basically depends on the service you are providing if you are giving what others are not able to give than you are on top so all depends on planning and execution, service etc.

as per as my knowledge, goeureka of course will save all the information online, and might they will save offline as well just for backup reason. Like if there's any problem with online data so they can access the details from their offline data. Think, they will give priority to online.
