Nucleus.vision if you are asking for KYC may I please know how you verify this info and under what authority? Is it under duristriction of your own goverment? You have access to peoples records? How do you ahve access to these records? If I send my KYC how will you know it is really me? Do you have a legal team? What does your legal team say about KYC? What protection do we have you wont exploit our KYC info? Is there a law protecting us from that?
Oh and exactly what law is it that requires you to ask for KYC? Crypto is very new and there are basically almost no laws for it so I wonder what law this is? Can I find this law online? If you can't answer even one of my questions you are not legit.
Nice scam you have here. Asking bounty participants for KYC.
Under what authority do you request KYC???
So they don't run into future problems. ICOs are trying to protect themselves about hazards that they foresee, mostly its the american government and in particular the SEC who could seriously hinder the project going forward if you books aren't in order. Have to run a tight ship these days. I agree it's overkill, but its the way the space is headed now.
Bullshit dude. They don't need to know who we are. What law exactly?? You all talk about laws please tell me exactly which law because you don't actually know what you are talking about. Asking KYC for bounty is so they don't have to pay there is nothing legal that can happen to them for not asking for one that total and utter shit.
This coin should be shamed its fake and uses dodgy business tactics.
I did not participate in this ICO but I am just wondering. Do you automatically Fail the KYC if you are from USA even for a bounty ?
I have been noticing these dirty tactics lately too.
I am trying to be careful which one to join.
and before I start I am trying to ask like are you going to be asking for my ID Cardd ?? loll
A legit company hides nothing. Thy had no speak of KYC when the bounty began because this KYC hype was not around then. Now all of a sudden this KYC hype is around they want our info? Why not ask us before if it was such a huge problem? They knew most people would not partake in the bounty if they asked for KYC that is why they asked at the end. Why at the end? Why not fill the KYC from day one? Clearly dirty tactics. This whole KYC firsdt started as an excuse for casinoes not to make big payouts and now it is happening to avoid paying out for promotional work otherwise known as bounties. If anyone is the criminal here it would be nucluos.vision for not paying people which is definitely a crime. They stole our time and time is money. There is no legal reason to ask for KYC these people don't know the law and this whole KYC is out of hand it is pretty disgusting.
DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT CANNOT BE HONEST FROM THE START AND HIDES CRITICAL INFORMATION.BTW to actually verify KYC you have to match it with something. You need access to peoples records and only banks and other legal organazations have this access. I do not mind giving my bank my KYC because I can shake my bank managers hand. I can walk into the bank if I have a problem and I am protected under law by the goverment that my info i s safe with the bank. Do these people have acess to peoples records? How are they verifiying these KYC documents?
It seems to me that if you were a crook a great way to retire would be to run a fake ico. Run with the crowdfund and run with the bounty and then also run with KYC info which you can sell for a lot of money I can imagine. I looked online and you can buy fake KYC stuff for $100 or so and it includes a selfie an ID and others. This proves KYC is pointless and does nothing to prove who said person is. If 1000 KYC have been collected and they sell for $100 each that is $100000 plus the bounty money plus the ICO money. Seems like an amazing way to retire for a crook.
