It will have an effect. Recently, there is no good news in respect to any ICO. For example, the Chinese government prohibited any operations with cryptocurrencies involving ICOs. The EU imposed more stringent rules regarding bitcoin platforms, new EU rules oblige bitcoin-related platforms and online "wallets". So, I'm not sure.

Hi, i have some questions regarding the presale of perk coin and investment in ICO whether the promo code "bitcointalk"is still valid to receive additional with intial investment. It seems i have only seen old posts and need to get updated. If purchasing with US dollars how does the transaction occur and how long till i can put the coins in my own possession of wallet. Once we receive the funds, the funds will be transferred to your account on https://ico.cannasos.com and you can continue with your purchase. However, all large (over $5000) USD Payments have to be done via wire transfer. In order to do this you will need to go to ico.cannasos.com and sign in, go to step 2 and click on FIAT. Click on generate invoice and fill in the information. You will then receive an email with all of the necessary steps. For either transfer methods, from the receive date, you should received the funds in your account within 1 - 3 hours.
Yes, Ledger S will be supported once the crypto wallet will be completed. Trezor as well.
