As I think the more exchangers the better for the project. Investor must have a choice where to buy tokens. On some exchanges there are an obligatory registration and it is hard and not comformable to investors.

It has many steps before that. There are some smaller places it can go first. And also Bittrex may come long before Poloniex, as that is the way it goes these days.

There are different variations of DNA. You can actually read more information about it in White Paper Cool
