I would like to see some bounty campaign for the beta testers, where we could test the app, and most active would get some tokens. I think many would be interested in that.
I don't think you need to do it through a bounty. Just set up an error reporting system on a web site and distribute the tokens according to whoever reports the most errors

I agree. Many ICOs postponed the sale due to market fluctuactions not having reached cap.
Whats even worse,those that invested have their funds locked there,because sales gets postponed,so since Agate reached softcap we can be sure that wont happen.
Im hopimg they stick to their roadmap and everything goes as planned so they can show they are a serious project.
Since soft cap is reached, there is no reason for delays. Those can always happen due some circumstances, but it's hope that won't happen in Agate case.

I believe the market is big enough to support multiple similar projects, no need for one to be above the other.
Before any marketing is taken to the limit I think that the platform should be working to its fully extent.
I doubt it will be fully working before sale and if you want the sale to be successful you need a lot of marketing.
I don't know these days. People are more careful when it comes to investing in just a white paper.
But Agate has more then a whitepaper, they have apps that you can download.
I agree that people are getting more careful, after so many failed projects.

Many scams in crypto world have embarked on people, it is understandable that investors are looking for something far more than just the WP.
Serious investors will sniff out a scam a mile away, those getting scamed are small investors that want to make a quick turnaround.

The result is very good in such a market, but in order to make a breakthrough about which you dream you need more. It's not even about money, but about the need for a large team with more experience in the financial sphere. And you do not have it if you normally look.
A lot of people in the community and also in the teams think too big sometimes. You can do a whole lot with a team of 5-7 people if they are all very strong.
