Of course there are many things under construction to make this platform useful. It is being used successfully as platform for ICO's when first merchant will be announced for loyalty points then the price will be much better than this. People always try to judge the projects via its exchange value but it is back again at good level.

How do you mean?
The Waves wallet supports Waves assets. You can also store BTC and fiat currencies there (coming very soon), via gateway services which hold your BTC/USD etc and send you proxy tokens on Waves. You can then trade against those on DEX and withdraw them back through the gateways.

No, if you store BTC on Waves then it's as a Waves asset (WBTC). An exchange will want real BTC. You can move the WBTC out to an exchange via the Waves BTC gateway, if you want.
Don't know whether there's a full list of Waves assets anywhere. People keep creating them all the time, so it's a bit hard to keep up to date. You can probably find a list of useful assets somewhere.

We're also doing some documentation for the API - we want to make everything as clear as possible so anyone can just plug in and use Incent. Will keep you posted!

Probably they cut losses. It was 18k not too long time ago, now 8k. Market Cap is 3,229,447 $ now, it can grow to 10 million $ but first whales need to buy cheap coins without showing evidence in daily trade volume. If you have Incent hold your coins, don't sell too cheap. If you plan to buy Incent it could be a good time for this price.

Liqui is legit exchange don't know why people hate them. I personally don't have any issue with them so if INCNT will get listed on it than it should be nice.

Investors do not trust the new exchanges.What does matter is Poloniex and Bittrex it all.
