dev, if your serious about this coin and want to avoid all the intrusive POD conducted by random individuals, GO AND INCOPORATE A FOUNDATION in your local jurisdiction. This will go a long way to calming investors' fears.

IMO, a coin is not investment grade if it has no corporate structure. period.

It would help tremendously, it's almost a requirement of the market now. Also, there are different levels of POD, you don't have to provide all identifying information if you wish you remain private, but just speaking to him and talking about a few basic things that will still protect your privacy would help immensely.

It will allow any merchants with the app to accept any of the coins on the app. We want LibrexCoin to be on it.
