Yes many average joe like me missed the opportunity to get mana tokens as early as possible. It offers high bonus on it's first day. And i missed it due to these whales. Thanks to these whales now the prices are lower than the ICO price. The price of MANA now is stable and the chances of price going down are relatively low as of now.

MANA price now is ridiculously low. That's how WHALES affects the token price. I am disappointed when i missed the ICO because of whales. Now i'm grabbing this opportunity to buy at lower price.

It's difficult to say what will happen in a few weeks, but the virtual reality market will be growing along with the decentralized exchanges market. In addition, there are big investors in this project, so the ICO was turbulent, which justifies this dumping are people who invested in the beginning and any price is profit, you will not see MANA below 200 sat, being very pessimistic, prices will not rise, suddenly you might see something like 1000 sat, but until December nothing will happen.

Join the slack and buy mana on the exchanges. You need mana to be able to buy the land.

Where do I buy land? ----> Is the land sale reserved for special people or what?  What hoops do I have to jump through to get land near the center of this environment?  Anybody know?  Where is the secret place where everybody with all the information meets?

I read the thread....the link above does not tell us WHERE to go to participate in the auction.

I wasn't even sure what MANA was until I googled it.  I jumped in this ICO and am awaiting its roadmap and plans.  Definitely a hold.

To get listed on binance it has to be at the top on the voting list,that needs some serious community support!

Some people pointed out this project, at first I found it interesting, but it's spectacular! Is it true that the amount of supply in circulation will decrease considerably because people who exchange 1000 MANA for 1 LAND will have to keep these mana for a long time? The problem is that it will not be easy to get 1 LAND, it's very specific.

I've read up on it a bit more.

It looks like they will only decide on the total land once they get an idea of demand.

- Without a cap on total land area it's hard to value though obviously the centre is more desirable.

- They are having an auction event in December & people can lock up MANA from today to participate. However they have not committed to any kind of first come first option system so people who lock up MANA early for the event are not rewarded.

- I think it would be better if they had more of an initial map design & some zoning/general use designations. Ie. A casino, followed by a shopping mall, by a strip club, by a conference centre etc. Might not be a good layout.

(The zoning could be achieved by dividing the innermost community controlled circle into 4 and have Decentraland fund 4 cool quadrants, one that would naturally attract shoppers and so incentivise shops being built outwards from that Quadrant, one for gambling and vice and so on.)

Perhaps a central continent surrounded by water that is linked to the districts via bridges. That way you could have coastline property & you could also have islands. Perhaps even a space station above ocean, that could be cool in VR.

- I think it's also important to develop land close to the centre. So after 4 months you'll need a 'level 1' of development completed and so on otherwise you'll have to swap with land with someone further out who is further along in development.

Very interesting project. Obviously Decentraland will allow for greater privacy and freedom than any centralised competitor so could be the most popular virtual world.

Guys what's the reason for price going up?... when is MANA planned to be listed on Binance?

I am receiving ICO spam to the unique email addresses I used to sign up for decentraland mailing list and slack. 

yes as asia loves to play these games but if listed on binance they can buy it. Everyone expects x5 right away. This is a good long term hold

I think the reason for below the ICO price is mainly because of the dumping crypto market, which maybe caused by the regulations from China and some other countries.

they have been delaying the terraform queue event for twice now, hopefully everything can go smoothly, and we can buy lands, and will become a proud land owner, something that I cannot achieve in real world

Doesn't the dev have not yet delivered anything? When will be it possible to claim the land?

Price is way under the ico price, can not image that it will sink further. Also wondering why people don't buy in now. A lot of people couldn't participate in the ico because ot was instantly sold out. 10mil. dollar have been raised, as far as I remember.
