I have joined in the Slack and also I have sent the email to register the white list, but four days past, I still can not receive the feedback email on both my mail box and trash box, anyone met this problem?

Any updates? I mean exchanges list?

I think it is too early to ask this question, generally, there will not be any information about the exchanges before the ICO is over since it is a secret for investors.

DAO ↔ DApp

I was thinking of putting a copy of the S:PH virtual office lobby inside decentraland but I think there'll be some problems. The file size of the shares per hour VR business networking system is getting pretty big. It's like 1 gigabyte now and growing. Is the file size a problem or not? The next issue is that the S:PH office lobby has interactions, is decentraland limited to just 3D models?

that was a quick ICO. How did so many people end up buying so quickly? it's listed on hitbtc but well overpriced than ICO price. I'm not even sure what went on with this one. Is there any way to purchase it?
Nope. None. Just forget about this project. Just wish them goodluck with their centralized project. LOL!!

Hey, can you explain why it's centralized? Since to me it looks that everyone is free to create their own virtual reality on this platform.... Not saying that you are wrong but just that I would like to understand your point of view to better understand this project.
Backread so you'll understand my point(Rant actually).

Hitbtc is the last place where to look for seeing a new token's price. As far as I know the are not trading the actual token, but "the promise" of that token. Usually dramatically overpriced.

The Decentraland team has posted a recap of the token sale here:
https://blog.decentraland.org/mana-token-launch-recap-eed3a3ce212

The rumor that the top buyers were all whales is wrong. Most of the top "whales" were pools with dozens or hundreds of individual participants, including:

0x4f96: ico.info: 18,000 ETH, 1,083 participants.
0x9608: BitcoinSuisse: 10,000 ETH, 87 participants.
0xA65E: Gatecoin, 6,900 ETH, 66 participants.
0x4Dc: Cintix’s contract crowd buy, 6,668 ETH, 358 participants.
0x033c: TokenCapital, 2,500 ETH, 160 participants.
0x36f5: 3ICO, 4,000 ETH, 357 participants.

In total there were over 2,000 individual buyers. So it wasn't the big whale party that everyone is complaining about.

But a lot of individual supporters couldn't buy in. I think the moral here is, next time do your buying with a pool. That's what I'll do, anyway.

And what about all slack members (how many of them, several thousand at least?) that thought the are in the whitelist?

And we cannot check the real number of participants for these organizations and you don't know exact amount of investments. It could be very large number of very small investors and few big whales who control almost all tokens. To update this info, you need to know the max cap for individual investor for these pools...

Lots of questions.
They moved the ICO time earlier than what everyone expect. I too have been waiting for the ICO, knowing that the timer they have on the first page of the ann, is the old scheduled time of their ICO.

They didn't ICO time earlier. They had a hardcoded part in the contract for these big groups, they have sent ETH before public ICO started. And the Decentraland team actually knew that almost all MANA will be sold before ICO start. What a bad attitude for all supporters...

So those who received the email about 15th September are on the whitelist and have the chance to buy?

Really curious to me sorry

Yes, if you signed up for the whitelist before the ICO, you should have received an email a few days ago telling you about the limited ($1,000 max) whitelist sale on September 15th.

Not everybody who had signed has received THAT email. Other email from them, yes, but not THAT one. Something's fishy...

I was expecting decentraland to be decentralized. But just like the worlds prime real estate its owned by the hands of the few. This idea would be cool if some devs really put their heart into it, no ICO, some mining maybe, and figured out a clever way to distribute the coins.

I received an informed email that I can participate in sales that will be held on September 15th! Thanks for the chance, unfortunately, I missed the first few deals, this project is good. Cool

are you sure?
might be a scam...

the people on the whitelist will get a chance to buy $1000 worth of mana on sept. 15th, not a scam
