What are your plans if ever you didn’t reached the soft cap and the hard cap?

But realistically, there's a perfectly good reason why it's called a soft cap and a hard cap, isn't?
Simply put, it's just basically the minimum and maximum amount target that an ICO Project declares (based on computations they've made beforehand) in order to achieve their ICO's goals, which included their vision and targets that's clearly stipulated on their Road Map. 
Instead of unique specifications drawn by hand or by a designer, features are auto populated.
