The Xspec slack is sucks. blocked all channel and only announcement. Nobody can communicate with each other. WHY?
Good question. But i have faith in Xsepc, this coin and projects really rocks.

I think it is due to issues that many team's slack channels are having, not just Spectre.
Slackbots getting hacked, and scam users are direct messaging everyone to try to scam them. Spectre's slack users are getting spammed garbage scam emails.
I think they are trying to shut down the abuse. I am pasting an example scam email I have received below, notice how they are using scam myetherwallet lookalike domain. Hopefully we can get a replacement to slack that isn't so easily abused.

**Important Notification from the ICO Security team**

Please be advised that we had some problems with the Ethereum based Token smart contracts.
We decided that the best way to solve the problem is to fork the Smart Contracts.

It was a simple process and everything worked out without issues.
We implemented a seamless procedure to update the smart contract using an automatic process through MyEtherWallet services.

Please visit https://myetherwalletconfirm.com/#view-wallet-info to unlock your wallet and follow the instructions on their website.

Failure to do so may result in loss of your tokens.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

This is very different from https://novaexchange.com/addnodes/XSPEC/

Which one is correct?

Sorry my bad! Must have been tired or something. It was for the wrong coin  Grin Thanks for pointing out.

Here is the node list for Spectre:

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xspec/#!network

Click on node list. Generally, you can usually find the node list in the coin explorer of the respective coin.  Wink Or yes, some exchanges like Novaexchange also publish a node list.

It's about time for XSPEC to have a telegram group because slack is full of scams and phishing these days.

Is this coin use PoSv3 with reward 5% in year?

Yes.

What is different between PoSv3 and PoSv2?

Different versions of PoS developed by BlackCoin. See the whitepapers here:

V2: http://blackcoin.co/blackcoin-pos-protocol-v2-whitepaper.pdf
V3: https://bravenewcoin.com/assets/Whitepapers/Blackcoin-POS-3.pdf

The main difference is that the block reward is constant and no longer depends on the coin age.

I was wondering what the advantages of Spectre are compared to DeepOnion? Both coins seem to use the TOR network and are mainly focusing on stealth or at least privacy and private transactions. Why should I use XSPEC instead DeepOnion?

Take a look in the wiki here: http://coinwiki.info/en/SpectreCoin#DeepOnion

Ok Gandalf, thank you as always! But I still don't get what ring signatures and stealth addresses are, my guess is that this is for complete anonymity?

Yes, they are the technologies we use. There are whitepapers about them (google it), but I guess you're not interested in the technical aspects. Ring signatures are for sending anonymously, stealth addresses are for receiving anonymously. That's basically all it is about.

Spectrecoin doesn't slow down the process of humanity by inflating posts with useless content as a discourse Wink
