2% is a bit, but the evil that frequent switching between pools kills the entire profit.
Dev must come up with another method of donation.

One more method to disable 2% donate pool: block TCP-port 7903 on your router/firewall and this pool looks dead in sgminer.

He is using multiple proxy's, no way to find out all IP's.
Nope

It only uses this port, not sure about address.
I don't feel sorry for 2%, but I don't understand what makes this pool, there is almost only pool messages and no accepted.

Can we implement this P>C>0 sequence in the starting .bat file?

In Windows - try adding to "hosts" (windows\system32\drivers\etc) this: 127.0.0.1 hirop2pool.girino.org

IFMI workaround & Pool guard in cgwatcher is working 100% Smiley

working very sexy...

Don't I feel stupid now... I had accidentally deleted the kernel parameter in the config and blindly copied that between the x11 miners... lol, sorry for bloating this thread Cheesy. This was error from a user desperately needing sleep, not dev error Wink thanks for pointing it out Dripac.

However taking advantage of open source like this, not cool.

It works now with a nice hash increase.

While I like what the author did, he is still violating copyright law and stealing from the guys who originally wrote the code.  I would encourage everyone to use the IFMI workaround to remove his pool, or simply BLOCK the IPs of the pools he's connecting to.
He is using multiple proxy's, no way to find out all IP's.

This miner totally fucked up my rig! This is what I get now:

Now my miner crashes doing anything at all that requires the gpu, normal sgminer mining x11, cgminer for keccak and even distributed.net... wtf happened to my rig? I have tried with reinstalling fresh version of the original sgminer for dark (not this one), old cgminer for keccak, reinstalled drivers... what next? reinstall os? anyone else getting this?

my setup is 3x7950 running win7.

Are you sure you're on the right kernal?? I've had the error-4 before, even with that the other GPU's still mine.

Try this :
right click on my computer/properties/advanced system settings /environment variables / delete this 2 lines if u have it . After delete (if u have it) restart computer and start mining again .

error -4 is low memory . Put more memory on your rig than u can mining or first try restart rig ...

i also figured error -4 means low memory... but that does not make any sense at all and thats what made me worried. I have 8gb and I have been mining like this since december. And yes obviously I restarted, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled drivers but still get errors on every program that requires gpu.

Sorry, OP, I'd gladly donate for source code, but potentially malicious, entirely illegal code is a fail.  Try making it 0%, giving out source code, and you'd get more of a donation from me than you'd ever make with your 2%.
