Meh.
I have now escrowed multiple deals between buyers and AlexPCS. Communication from AlexPCS side has always been 10/10 and so far I have heard 0 complaints from the buyers.

This one goes down as a trusted service for me.

They also send me cards. They arrived in about 7 days without issue. They may cost a bit more than some options, but the seller offers support to get everything set up correctly. The product is very good and it works well.

I have got two cards, euro and russian ruble. Keep in mind it is not an Austrian Raiffeisen bank but the Russian branch, but there are no problems with it. Everything works great. Thank you for the incredibly fast delivery.

Alex seemed to me a creative person. It is unusual to ask for a photo with a local newspaper  Grin Huh

Thanks for your feedback.

Thank you malevolent, I think 30-day rollingf period is more likely, that is why they demand the first transaction to be performed to be POS/Online not ATM.

In any given 1 month period the 60%/40% proportion must be maintained.

This thread went compoletely silent all of a sudden. Hopefully because of no complaints Smiley

Did anyone try btc top-up / POS payment / ATM withdrawal on a cheaper yandex card offer?

Not all the clients are keen on giving feedback regarding the anonymous product =) But I am sure some will share their experience, for yandex cards as well.

- the ATM cash withdrawal turnover must NOT exceed 60% of the monthly turnover

Did anyone understand how this works? Do they mean "60% of the monthly turnover up to the point of atm withdrawal attempt" or maybe something else?

Looks to me as if your ATM withdrawals in a given month (or in a 30-day rolling period?) must not exceed 60% of that month's turnover.

How it this card loaded? Through the provided phone app using the 3rd party for the crypto2fiat conversion ?

This is the answer that has been provided earlier:

From our experience it takes 5-10 minutes to load the card after the transaction is confirmed. We are talking about loading via one of the instant exchange services from bestchange.com You see your price instantly on the order form, it is usually locked for 30 mins. Most of time price is a few % from the actual market. Your order is assigned a unique ID, which you can always use to inquire regarding the status of your exchange.

The debit card  which we offer is a tool, loading the card via one of the instant exchanges from bestchange.com is just one of examples how the card cab be used. I believe that feedback and actual usage examples of our first clients from Bitcointalk will be more demonstrative.

First of all, I would like to say that this card is perfect for people who don't want to use a non-anonymous crypto/debit card. So I think the benefits-price is correct.

I was a bit skeptical but she/he answered all my questions. I bought many cards and she/he provided all the details right after the payments and support for the setup.

10/10 TOP service!

@JollyGood Why won't you delete it from here then? If you want to highlight that this project is scam and help people to stay away from it, please create a dedicated thread for that purpose. It's really strange the way you keep replying regarding this product, not deleting the images and other mentions of it.

I never knew that it was a scam, thank you for pointing it out I appreciate it.

I hope forum members manage to stay away from all sorts of scams whether anonymous prepaid debit cards or scam IEO/ICO investments. As a community we all need to get together to ensure we highlight scams and scammers in the forum we can help protect as many innocent and gullible users as possible before they fall victim to scammers.

@AlexPCS

Reading posts from those that have applied for then received their cards it seems you have an excellent business and offer excellent customer services too so congratulations on that but could you please explain which benefits there are using your service over say for example Alpha Card Anonymous Crypto Debit Card: https://alphacard.me/

Does the service you provide beat Alpha Card and those like it on every front or are there some things they offer that might be considered a benefit over the service you provide?

If I'm not wrong, that's a scam https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/does-anybody-know-alphacard-anonymous-debit-card-possible-scam-5230341

@JollyGood It's kind of disrespectful from your side, especially a legendary member, to post this and mislead other users with products you have not even tested yourself. Show some respect to the community and delete it. Unless you are trying to advertise it here? As I can tell by the manner you organized your message with all those pics and active links.

Not trying to trash your sale or anything, but a little curious. I have some questions. Based on few posts I have read, I guess we don't have to do KYC? But how is it "No KYC" or "Anonymous" if someone else does that on behalf of us? The cards are NOT anonymous. The cards have a name and probably the nominees [the person buying the card?] name on it. It cannot be considered KYC free (poor guy who did it probably has no clue what's actually happening or the huge risks involved with it). What is the use of getting consent from someone if that person is being (highly likely) exploited? How can we even tell if you are not using stolen ID cards to open accounts?
4. We mainly work with NON-residents, so the individual is not a subject to tax in the country of the bank where the account/card is applied for. Besides that bank does control physical location and where the person is traveling.
That's bullshit. Even non residents are subject to taxes in one way or the other. At least in most of the countries. Even if they are non resident of a country and isn't subject to any tax (which I doubt), they will at least have to pay taxes in their home country. Now don't tell me they don't have to pay taxes anywhere.

Did Lucius ask you to post? Joking Wink On opposite, I really welcome every new member in this thread. Productive discussion is always good. As I have written before KYC is not done on your behalf. You have it as a bearer card.

I have only written "is not a subject to tax in the country of the bank where the account/card is applied for."
Someone is doing the KYC, right? And someone HAS to pay the taxes. Or is this an easy way for the person using the cards to "evade taxes" (that's illegal)?
Also, you are shipping the card to the buyers address, so the person buying is no longer anonymous (unless he takes drastic measures to receive the packages anonymously through renting mailbox and submitting fake information/id).
-snip-
It is strictly PROHIBITED to use the card for activities such money transmitting fraud, scam, terrorism financing, prohibited substances, weapons, child pornography trade (in case of violation our service is not
responsible for the card and account, the card will be blocked, money for unused paid period will not be returned).
-snip-
I guess you are no longer responsible for  the card the moment someone starts using those cards since they break the terms of service (tax evasion through money laundering).
And I am so glad you haven't denied that you are exploiting (unsuspecting) people. At least you are being honest over here. Do you pay them most of the money you receive from here or you just pocket them all?  Smiley

Please don't worry, everyone is satisfied in this chain Wink  Could you please point where did we mention that our product is provided for "tax evasion"? You've implied that yourself and we cannot be responsible for that. You can find detailed description of our product in the OP, it has nothing to do with tax evasion and other aspects which you have mentioned.

The cards are anonymous for those who are using them, that is the main point. As it has been discussed already, we are not using anyone's identity, account is opened with person's consent.
