I made an order for one on the 19th and one on the  22nd. I've only received one antminer last week on the 23rd.

I had the same tracking number for both of them. Did anybody else order on the 22nd and not receive theirs in the states this week?

Bitmain,

Can you please check order ID 00120140122020057207c0DJGYnG065A and 00120140119115229858QYfGb7bN069C

Thank you.

Thought I was going to get my 2nd miner today, but this stupid weather is causing it to be 1 day late. Sad thing is I know it's about 100 miles from here Sad

I have powered up my miner and connected the ethernet-cable to my laptop. But I cant access the Antminer via its IP.

Whats wrong?

Edit; I followed this (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/setup-troubleshoot-bitmain-antminer-s1-180ghs-miner-344970) guide at first, changing the network settings and w/e. But now I se other guides that just connect miner and pc and then just type in the IP in the browser to access the miner.

Now nothing works.. Grin

Good stuff, thanks for the pic! Is that 12AWG wiring?

Any chance I can get another picture of how you're splitting each cable to the ant miners?

nope, its just harvested 18awg wire from random shit PSU's I have laying around.
Im just evenly splitting the cables ... 2x cables per terminal, 3x each gnd / 12v to each blade =)

To all you guys seeking PSU's at a good price, why not just do this:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=17466433&postcount=444

They sell for about 20$ on ebay.

I got one up n running perfectly on an antminer. They arent the most effecient, but cant beat the price.
Antminer @ 393mhz does about 425W @ wall @ 120v w/ these PSU's

That's what I'm doing, except I went with a 240v 200w Delta model which will eventually run my 5 ants OCed to 400MHz. Did you solder your 12v and ground wires directly to the power supply's outputs? Do you have a picture, by chance?
I did, and Im a soldering noob so its ugly as fuck, but completely functional =)

A cheap Ikea (or similar ) cabinet useful to be filled by antminer s1? ( it could be much better if it is no opened in all its sides for a silent solution )

Thanks

You'd still need the front and back open for proper ventilation, doubt it would make much difference for noise just having the top bottom and sides closed.

ok Smiley Any idea for putting in order more antminers s1 on a single cabinet or similar ?

No problem, pedro.

I wouldn't buy them at full price, but I'm running two S1s on a HEC 850-TS, which is the same PSU as this Cougar one.

Unlike most cheaper supplies, it uses DC/DC for the minor rails so it's perfectly happy to sit there with no load other than 12V. I think I paid $124 after a $90 MIR for three of them.

Yes, this is a very important aspect. You want to avoid group regulated PSUs at all cost. You need independent DC/DC regulation for machines which draw mostly/only 12v power.

I think at this point only sub $50 junk PSUs will feature undesirable group regulation.
I wish that were true. A lot of the budget Bronze units you see being recommended here like the Corsair CX series are group regulated. Even the Seasonic S12 II is group regulated although it's pretty well behaved.
