Seems there might have been a engineering sample run of S3++ that might have met those specs.

If I order 4 C1 now, in how many days I will get the device in Italy?
Approximately 4 working days as long as it goes through customs well.

You will have to pay import duties, as you would on any goods you purchase outside the EU.

DONT BUY ! you WILL NEVER make your ROI, not to mention profit.
@ current btc price, it will take a MINIMUM of 5 mths or more before adding any other costs such as PSU, rental, hosting, electricity & difficulty jumps to achieve ROI.

That is what Firefox is doing. Chrome is working. I think it has something to do with refreshing and continually opening the same page with them.
