If you've been in gambling many times, for sure, you have experience losses in this addictive activity. And at some point, you will tell to yourself that you won't gamble anymore. However, you will dip your hands again on this. It may be easy to say, but the execution is always the hardest part. The temptation will always be there especially if you have idle times and you are looking for something to pass the time.

This is just my own opinion. I have been addicted to gambling before for five years. I quite gambling and start gambling again. I know the cause of gambling addiction and I know what not to do. I am not just someone that will just win such an amount but I am a kind of person that know the reason not to gamble with the money. I gamble not frequently and I do not think of gambling as a way of making money which will be the reason I will not waste money on gambling. There are businesses that will help you make money.

It is easier said than done always, and from you statement it sounds so easy to control the urge to increase your gambling budget but from the reality experienced over the year with practical practice, quiting gambling or mentaining the same low level gambling budget when one have won big amount is somewhat very hard though come by and almost 97% of gamblers who have truly experienced such amount of winning will still ever Mentain they old budgeting.

Winning a huge fortune from gambling am not sure I am going to either quit m or spend it recklessly that the money would now have to go back to the house. The only way the latter could perhaps happen is when the gambler was already a chronic or a compulsive gambler before hitting such amount of money. So personally I'll continue enjoying my gambling not making any significant changes to my usual gambling routine or staking amounts, and not failing to invest 90% of that money into other businesses.

You need to think about it for the third time buddy. It's difficult to quit gambling even if you win $100,000 from gambling. Some options would pop up in your mind if you were in that kind of situation.

1. If I can win $100k with a small amount of bet, I could win more if use some percentage from the $100k
2. What could go wrong, I have $100k with me, and I cannot go broke anymore if continue to gamble.
3. Why not use only 10% of the $100k and double it by playing just 2 odds.
4. Let me use the same pattern I used in winning the $100k and see if I could win more.

Trust me, so many things will be on your mindset, and you may eventually gamble again. There is no limit to how we can be satisfied by getting more money. The urge for more will surely come.

If I win $100000, I can not quit gambling. I will not use 5% of the weekly income from the $100000 to gamble. I will not gamble that week. I will start a business from the money. My earning will increase. This will make me permanently not go for 5% weekly income on gambling anymore but I will be using less than 1% instead. I will use my less than 1% that I earn weekly to gamble and the money will not be from the $100000 but from the profit it yields.

Hi ladies and gents of the forum's gambling discussion board, coming through with this question born out of an argument I just had with a good friend of mine a few minutes ago.

So, I was sitting side to side wit a good friend of mine this evening while having a chat about making money, we talked about several ways we can make a lot of money in the most possible short time, in the midst of the options we both came of up, I brought up the option of gambling, suggesting it to him as one of the most easiest and fastest way to also make money if and when one is lucky, he agreed it's a good option but complained about the possibilities of betting addicted, and as a result, losing back all the money after winning it, then I told him that if I won like $100,000 from gambling, I did quit gambling forever, he laughed and screamed impossible, he said that the more money one makes from gambling, the more they get hooked, we argued about this until we both decided it was time to go home and rest.

But then on betting home, I thought within myself if I can actually quit gambling for ever if I won a $100,000 like I said, and I concluded I can, if not for anything, atleast, for the fear of losing back all of that money to the casino.

So, here putting out the same question, what will make you quit gambling forever? A win or a loss, or both?
