and now too many fake developers build projects.they have no capability building projects that based on blockchain.creating fake ico just to take money from investors and after they dont care anymore with developtment. I had to act like it never happened to get it off my mind and move on.

No, ico is not dead, right now it is still in an uncertain condition, last year there were a lot of ico failing, of course now there is a need for changes for ico to be able to run normally and produce good projects so that many investors are interested in investing capital
I keep seeing this question over and over again, people asking same thing, in my opinion, i would say ICOs aren't dead, the bearish market has made investors to loose hope in ICOs and they hardly support ICOs which has made a lot of projects not to be able to reach soft cap and as a result would gradually fade off. Some ICOs return people's fund but some just go off without any trace of them. ICOs are not dead, just a downtime.
