Most of the investors now are getting smarter and educated about crypto, specially who invested in ICO. For me investors now are very tired about ICO because after the ico listed in the exchange market the price of it is very far from ICO it was 70% to 95% down. There should be a law for ICO to prevent lose too much. Because of those ICO the value of bitcoin and altcoins are totally affected.
Professional investors will not stop buying token from ICO. The ICO market is always promising. If I have experienced team and net product, I invest. ICO has increased fraud crimes. ICO has new projects developed for safe investment in the market.

I think there is still more investors in this market. But what happening for last few montjs they are losing their interest and n this investment sector. Last year's most of the icow are a successful any ico was reaching hardcap. Now a days best icos can't even reach soft cap. But still we have a very good potential in this ico sector and of we worked good to make a rectify and stop the scam or low potential icos in early stages more people will get interested. That's it let's see what happens in future.

not at all. expert investor always invest their fund on ico, but sometime if the market is too low they will wait until it become better than before.

There is a probability that they are indeed tired of the market situation which makes the act of investing not profitable. Most of the time profit loss is the result of investing at times like this. It is not surprising to know that some investors are now afraid to invest and/or being confused to still do so since negative market behavior is being shown. Maybe, waiting for a while would be a better thing to do. 
Maybe some investors change their way to invest, by choosing to buy coins that have entered the market so they can know the potential of the coin. On the other hand, investors tend to wait for the right moment or at least they pause to invest because they see "uncertainty moment" now.

I don't think that ico have abandoned us. Simply investors very much to be afraid to invest the money in projects when all prices of coins only fall. Investors want to get profit from the investments. But now to receive I have arrived in such market very hard.
Every investor will by now be tired of investing in icos. Smart people will rather look for already established cryptocurrencies because it kills two birds at a time. You will not be scammed and also you won't be waiting long f9r your investments to turn I to profit because nowadays icos take more time than necessary.
Of course , after the market recovery, everyone will start to enter the ico market again, of course, there are few projects collecting soft cap, but after the turn everything will be fine

Not investors got tired, the ICO projects are tires- i mean this year (2018) we get lot of that projects which failed to reach their target and that's why market goes down and investors are decreasing. Lot of investors are in big lose already and they don't want to take risk and more lose in this critical situation. We need good ICO project, then automatically market get investors in good numbers.
There have been way to many ICO scams that have been in the news lately, so I think most investors have decided to hold off investing into ICO until some sort of clean up is done in that sector. The recent one with Hashcard seems to be the final nail in the coffin for ICO investors.
