I don't think so, because there are still many investors who invest in ICO and make many ICO successful and even reach hardcap (for example ICO UBEX), so I think investors are not tired of investing in ICO.

The success of an ICO mostly depends on people's readiness to support the project with their money. It may take quite a long time for new investors to come because most projects failed to support their tokens the way they promised - everybody is simply afraid of walking twice into the same water. So I don't think we will see new ICO hype until spring 2019. 
The markets are down and unfavourable for investors. Also, the level of exit scams has increased recently, this has made a lot of investors very wary of investing in icos for the fear of losing their funds. However, the duration for icos are much more longer these days, unlike before which made the hype high and created more rush.. Investors are not tired of icos, solid projects keep selling off their icos at a good pace.
The rush does get a lot of people to invest in a coin. I don't invest during that time because it is also a chance to lose coins. I invest when the coin is on an exchange.
I don't think ICO will ever gain such popularity among investors again.Invest in them to become less profitable.

Investors got tired because most of the ICOs didn't deliver what the investors expected. For instance, most of the ICOs go below ICO price when they get listed on exchanges and this is tiring for the ICO investors.

In my opinion, the market is going down so long that all Altcoins are ready to put on the exchange trading has price is lower than beginning purchase of ICO. That is why investors are worried and tired.
Actually, ICO's are getting less trustworthy. There was a day in the past when people just brought an idea to this forum, made a dummy website and asked for money. They got it that easily and in this bearish trend even a project which is having MVP will struggle to get investments.
Investors are not tired, most are just being extra careful because of the unfavorable market conditions coupled with reports of ICO scams, under performing ICOs and useless projects whose ideas are not realistic.
in every industry there is always what we call lean months and ghost month is lean months for cryptocurrencies where funds invested in cryptos are being diversified to other businesses that are more profitable

Investors are tired of being deceived because there are too many scams. I think that there will be regulation by the state and then many potential investors will appear.
I saw the general status of the ICO recently. Investors are always wondering where the x2-x10 gain is when they do not actually neutralize or simplify current processes. Since the big pump in April, I did not see any positive effects from the ICO. Sure the investor or bounty is feeling as tired as I thought. They have seen downward trend in 2/3 of this year. And above all, they sink in the yeast of success beyond imagination in 2017. It has formed a threshold for successful value with crypto.
