Not yet, in my own opinion simply because bitcoin hasn't break some resistances yet which may prove for a greener days are coming.

In my opinion, the green days will come back in the end of this year and would be useful for altcoins investors. It's still good time to invest in such altcoins.
I believe it will happen the green days in the market but we don’t know yet when is the time for the higher price to occur. Aside from worrying this time why not we should invest and catch the price at low when price increase we gain profit.

A lot of time has passed since April and we still have not seen the trend change to green. Personally, I hope that November will be the month when the whole market will begin to grow.
I think there is no green market for now. the red market stabilized and will keep be stable for few months more. and maybe in the next year something will change.
As soon as bitcoin starts moving up it will be a sign to enter the market and I think the green days will return.
If the red days comes, the green days won't be far away so I believe that a bull market would soon arrive after many months of bearish market. But we need to watch and analyze every ongoing trendsin the market carefully before you start your coin-buying. Don't believe in any price uptrend unless there are evidences that uptrend is strong and will continue.
