Yep, here is big hope for many popular altcoins. In fact we've noticed recently that many big investors started buying ethereum and litecoin, ripple also.
How can you say it is dying? Maybe other altcoins that are not well-known or didn't have that much value. But other altcoins is recovering now and you can see it in the market trading.
Not all altcoins are the same. Not all altcoins are scam. And if there is something worthwhile then the situation in the market does not hurt

It is good for this industry that alts die and that some of the project crash, as this is the only way many users will mature and understand that this is a new era, but business is still business.
I don’t really think so that the overall situation of the crypto market is this much bad that we start expecting for the dying off the altcoins and that there is still a hope that all the crypto coins will surely recover and that they will be able to make some good market value once again. We need to look at the positive side of the picture and that we need not to feel upset. We need to stay relax and calm all the time. 
I hope the best blockchain project wasn't born yet as we are at early stage of developing, and definitely the value of blockchain is in tecnology, not just in price of some coins.

In the topic, there are many "HODL" and they are right. There is hope for altcoins at the moment, the only thing needed is the trust the cryptocurrencies all around the world, then total market with most of the altcoins will recover again.
presently, there are many new ICO projects that are being established and the downfall of the market is not affecting these activities of this ico.
The market is very bad but does not mean that it will have to collapse . cryptocurrency takes time to restore everything. If you do not trust the crypto market, you will not be able to profit from it because you will only keep selling your coin at lost due to a little panic or FUD created to alter the price.

of course, maybe for now altcoin does fall but for the future I am sure altcoin will return to recover so you must be patient to wait for the profit you expect.
Why not? Successful projects as they were and will be. Another question is that this rarely happens.

No, I don't think so. Most probably the market will show signs of comeback this coming months. Many new alts hold and wait for the price to comeback before to join in the market.
New projects will be, but I think they will be less and less scam because fewer and fewer people will be driven by this.
When the bitcoin market did not appear at all. And it did not bother anyone. And low prices do not stop technical progress.
