Some people are always in form of eating and talking at some time. We know sometimes it very difficult for someone to eat without talking, sometimes you can be even talking to yourself while you are eating, maybe if you notice anything from the food you are eating weather the food is delicious or not. But the point here is, we should try to control the manner at which we talk why we are eating.
Some people also while eating they will be going from one place to another. You will see someone that have been sitted one place, but the moment they start eating that is when they will remember they left their phone in the room, that will they will remember they left their power bank in their car, that is when they remember to charge their
phone before they finish eating.
Some people also form the habit of dancing when they are eating. Especially girls of nowadays, they are eating at same time dancing and making videos. There is always time for everything. We learn to do things at the right time.

poor eating habits can lead to illness. for example if we often eat fatty foods then we will be exposed to cholesterol. from now on keep the food we eat, because many diseases caused by food. healthy living and keeping a diet is a way of avoiding illness. bad diet is not good for health, especially we often late to eat then we will get stomach acid disease.
Of course you are absolutely right because poor eating is not really good for our health because it causes some many sickness to our body, although sometimes I didn't used to blem those people's that didn't eat good food is because of their condition that makes them to eat anything them like, but despite someone condition is very necessary for everybody to good food.
Honestly people need to realize how important what we eat. It is basically the fundamental of our health. If we eat good food, we will be healthy and live a long good life. Just avoid fast food, processed food, and oily food and you will be fine. Just cook home meals and see the changes it will do on your body.

Breakfast:

Egg whites on wheat toast with shredded cheese on top. No seasonings at all. Cashews on the side. Nonfat Greek yogurt on the side. Water.

Lunch:

Grilled chicken salad. Your choice of dressing. Please treat it like laundry detergent and don't use so much when you don't have to! Dressing is what makes salad go from healthy to unhealthy, so use it sparingly for the light taste only. Eat with water.

Dinner:

Some sort of red meat, sautéed vegetables (be good with seasonings, oil, etc. Try to sauté veggies as plain as possible for maximum health benefit. Mashed potatoes. Eat with water.

This is just what I would do on a perfect day where I can decide what I wanna eat. I'm a person that likes routine, so if I could have it my way, I'd eat this every day forever.
It’s a good meal plan. Delicious and nutritious but some people like me want a little diversity. We can’t eat the same thing every day or else we’ll grow tired of eating healthy, but that’s okay because there’s lots of nutritious meals that can be made. Just make sure you have your protein (egg, meat), your greens (veggies), and your grains/carbohydrates (potatoes, rice). Just follow this general format while swapping some for some each day.

I am obese when i was in college until I got married but my wife is my hero as she saved me
from being not in good health and may cause me a heart issue but lucky she helped me live a
healthy and she prepared  right food and go with me to have exercise , this is how I battle my
obesity and now? a fit and good body shape human.

It is also very important not to overeat.
yeah , and also  giving the right time of eating because the main issue are those who are eating from time to time and that is why acidity increasing anbd that is also the main reason why bad eating is written above.
I think eating too fast and eating some junk food. Sad
eating too fast is fine because in my military training we have been thought of eating our One meal in Just under 1 minute , though this is not applicable in our daily regular eating yet this is needed in some ways.

Eating Junk is i believe what Shits here because that won't Help you at all.

Bumping my own post to remind everyone about my first stand and yes its written above this about Junk foods and also fast eating , but of course with limit and rest of course .

There are a lot of foods nowadays but there are a lot of adulterants in the food nowadays everyone likes a lot of food so we must avoid foods that can harm us if we eat them then we must survive

In today's time the fruits and veggies might just not be organic and would be a chemically being grown. So, ensure you buy the organic stuff or unless can grow in your own backyard. Exercise regularly to remain fit with the junk food people are eating and causing the more damage to their body.


Yes no doubt in today good people take is full of one chemical to the others as most farmers uses all kinds of fertilizer even the so called market women uses some chemical forcing the fruit or vegetable to ripe, in my opinion the best way to care for ones health is regular medical check up, exercise and minimize regular intake if any food except you grown it it purchase locally made if the product from the rural farmer which may not even be hundred percent free from mist chemical or fertilizer.

I agree, the problem is also that we don't realise when we are full. When eating to fast our body can't send us signals fast enough that we don't need more food. That is why eating on a proper table and not to fast is so important. Unfortunately especially in the evenings it's getting harder and harder to not eat snacks while watching TV.

I often skip breakfast in the morning and eat a lot in the evening. I think this makes my gastrointestinal problems worse.

Not eating breakfast for a long time is bad for your health and may cause stomach pain. You can eat more fruits and vegetables. A glass of milk a day is good for your health.
