^^^ Note that the few jungles that are left in the world hold many plants that nobody eats or ingests. Some of these plants are extremely good for the health of people, while others are bad for us. We really need to be examining these plants, and bringing home the ones that are good. However, even many of the bad ones are good for us if ingested in tiny, tiny quantities.

As a generally anxious person, this post was just spot on. Managing stress may be difficult, and if you have a habit to literally eat your feelings, it may also threaten your financial well-being because you're literally eating away your own money.

Eating healthy is nearly impossible these days. The best way is to grow your own food.
Even if you can't grow all your food, at least source them from places you can depend upon. The contamination is most in protein.
Carbs mostly have chemical fertilizer and pesticides. They are bad but won't kill you or affect you instantly and you can live with them as you might not have choice and get used to the toxins. But Protein are on a different league which have high dose of antibiotics and hormones that are going to affect you instantly and your sperm and eggs as well your children.

I maintained my food habit very well.  But lately my taste buds have grown a lot.  Still I try to eat less food.  But when a guest comes to my house and they stay for 15 days or a month, I forget my habits and eat the food they eat with them.  This is how I gained weight.  But the truth is, I like to be disciplined.

It is also very important not to overeat.
yeah , and also  giving the right time of eating because the main issue are those who are eating from time to time and that is why acidity increasing anbd that is also the main reason why bad eating is written above.
I think eating too fast and eating some junk food. Sad
eating too fast is fine because in my military training we have been thought of eating our One meal in Just under 1 minute , though this is not applicable in our daily regular eating yet this is needed in some ways.

Eating Junk is i believe what Shits here because that won't Help you at all.

Bumping my own post to remind everyone about my first stand and yes its written above this about Junk foods and also fast eating , but of course with limit and rest of course .

I think it's important not to eat at night

Well when you say night, one need to be specific about that. 7pm,8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm and 12pm are all nights..    However and generally, some food can go @night and some needs to be avoided. Soft foods can be taken at night but then one need not sleep off immediately after dinner mostly when eaten much late say 9pm and so on.

I saw the importance of good eating habits through my own example. I'm just starting to fine-tune my system, but this is a small example. I used to love to drink coffee in the morning, I did it every day, but over time I saw that coffee did not give me any energy, but on the contrary, it made me anxious and my concentration was lower (at least for me). I stopped doing it and I actually felt much better. As far as I understood, this happens because of the increased cortisol levels in the morning.

Well just today I did notice I have a bad habit for when I am eating. It is for me to say to my self 'I am only going to have a little bit more'.
When we are full our body tells us no more room to eat. But for me I still like to eat sometimes if I am full.
I do not like to waste my food so I will finish it all so it will not go to waste. There is so many hungry people in this world it makes me feel sad.

Egg whites on wheat toast with shredded cheese on top. No seasonings at all. Cashews on the side. Nonfat Greek yogurt on the side. Water.
that is really healthy without Egg yellow , i also have this but without cheese because that makes the food less of a healthy .

instead of instant dressing ,why not use your own or create own dressing mate? so you can find what is healthy and best for you.

i don't saute veggies instead half boiled or  steamed and i only use virgin olive oil to dress and small amount of soysauce and lime .

I apply all the foods you write here, for breakfast boiled eggs, a cup of coffee and bread are the menu that I always eat, I don't want to eat heavy food for breakfast but when it's noon I will eat meat or fish because my body must get protein animals every day, the key to health is healthy food and a calm mind

Besides you need peace of mind. Just make some healthy changes in your diet and exercise regularly. Also learn how to keep yourself stress free.
Life is short. You don’t have to deprive yourself of everything nice.

For me, eating healthily 6 out of 7 days in a week is ideal and then you have one day where you can eat something you know isn’t exactly healthy but just tasty. It will keep you sane, trust me. It can also be fulfilling to have a meal or two where you can eat just delicious food.

I am guilty of this, I know that sugar is like our bodies poison but I just can't help myself in taking them.

I think there's a relation to the mind and body about taking sugar and it's hard to combat that. Although I did lose a lot of kilos from my weight but still I'm intaking a lot of it.

I was probably able to control my sugar intake several months ago but the urge is strong.

So, although it is very tasty to eat sugary or sweet food you have to eat it in moderation to keep your body healthy. Besides you need peace of mind. Just make some healthy changes in your diet and exercise regularly. Also learn how to keep yourself stress free.
The culprits are the sweetened drinks.

And that's adding more stress on my mind, I can't clear it but you're right with proper diet and exercise, that stress is going to flow out with the sweat.
