I don't like snacks. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. but there's only one point: I love spicy food so much that I lose my appetite instantly when the food isn't spicy. I know some people eat restlessly when stressed out. Luckily, I eat fruits recklessly when sad Tongue. Is there any problem?

Yep! You guys have got it right. Everything that you do determines your health. This includes your snacking habits, whether you eat out or homecooked food, and whether you get the right amount of nutrients. It sounds really complicated but trust me you just have to get the hang of it. You'll have to do a bit of research in the start, and you might even have to look at a few text books to see whats best for your health, but its going to be worth it in the end. Essentially, I'm just saying that we all should learn about bodily needs to be able to supply the right ingredients for good health. Theres a ton of information online about everything from getting proper sleep to exercising to eating well.

From some time now I'm trying to change my life style and its really hard because I'm used to eat a lot without any movement or training. Last week I decried to eat healthy and train every day. For now I'm doing good but its very hard to change my bad/not healthy at all eating habit.

Actually, that is a very sad topic to talk about but it's very important especially with the lifestyle we've chosen. Always drinking soda, can't deal with the desire to eat some snacks during the day or to eat before bad looks sadly. I spend so much time in a front of PC. I even learned how to chill with PC lol. Less junk food, more sports guys Smiley

I don't know how to get rid of a bad habit if I like it and I don't really want to do it? How to stop drinking from time to time ?

I am also trying to change my eating habits. Especially now during the lockdown again I need to prepare most of my food by myself or just get a burger or pizza from delivery which is very un healthy. Before corona I tend to eat outside a few times per week and always went for some healthy food but now with the restaurants closed the delivery food is mostly just junk food. 

The hardest part is not buying the bad things in the supermarket, when only healthy food is at home that it is much easier to follow the rules.

Snacking isn't a bad habit, your snacking time is also very reasonable. It is important that you choose the right food and eat it in the right amount.

I often eat after midnight. Especially when I'm playing something very interesting and can't tear myself away  Undecided
I, too, cannot go to sleep without eating something. Even though it will be 23.00, 24.00 or even after midnight. If I don't eat, I can't sleep. I’ll lie there, toss and turn, and then I’ll go and eat. It's a bad habit, but I'm not going to give it up yet.

It is not easy to start because it's the hardest.

But once you get to practice on how to deal with proper and good eating habits. The hardship that you've felt at the beginning will be ease and make you feel comfortable in the long run.

There was a meme i saw: ''the problem with healthy eating - salad - 5$ / cheeseburger - 1$'' which is true. I god fat the last years and i need to take actions but it's hard because I am used to eating unhealthy food and I can't change this easy.

too much salt everywhere, especially in salads. and a huge number of different sauces.

Excessive salt or anything for that matter is harmful and not to be consumed too much. Late nights I like to munch and this is not good for digestion at the ned of the day, so want to quit this eating habits in night as later directly I sleep. So before going to bed atleast for an hour or more said we should not be eating.

Less Salty foods , try to avoid Fats ( but that is the most tastiest part of Meat lol ) Never Drink Soda because that has nothing to do with our Body and maintain drinking Plain Water and not those other beverages .

Try to consult in Nutritionist and also Have contact with health conscious people than those who had bad habits of eating.

I totally agree with this. We are all always in a hurry and do not have time to cook real food. With all the stress and instant food with preservatives, very unhealthy and I could say this could shorten our lifespan
*remember, no matter how busy you are, the food from your own cooking is the healthiest...
The fast-food and restaurants out there are so unnoticed, we don't know what preservatives and seasonings they use. I always prepare healthy dishes for my husband and children because I love them and want to be with them longer.

Unnecessary conversation is the first thing, talking why eating is very unhealthy,  also trying to cross your hands across  to collect either cup or cutleries without telling someone close to bring for you is also bad manners.  I think we know all this things but we're just not disciplined. I think we need to inculcate discipline to ourselves, most especially our younger ones, children and unborn.. it's very important we instill this courtesy into them. I'm still learning how to discipline myself too. 😎😊✌️

Poor eating habits include under- or over-eating, not having enough of the healthy foods we need each day, or consuming too many types of food and drink, which are low in fibre or high in fat, salt and/or sugar.
