That is one of my problem i want to be fit but i cant do that. Because all of my foods is to yummy thats why i cannot manage my proper diet. And i also drink a lot of supplementary fitness drink, but it doesnt work.  Sad
You are not alone in this kind of problem with eating foods , it is important for us to eat everyday and that is our daily routine in life to eat foods but it takes a deep discipline in ourself to be fit and to be healthy in our foods. There are people who loves to eat but they do not get bigger in size and there are people who eats less but gets bigger in size.

Extremely hot sauce with everything to go. Shocked

I do that too, I don't really have an appetite for anything so I just add hot sauce or something like that.

Everything can be changed for the better. Need only desire.
I know people who have changed their diet a little and have lost weight very much. That's cool! Cheesy

I have gained so much weight since I started to eat a lot as a stress reliever. I can say that I am now addicted to eating and I find it really hard to stop it. But it has been a month already that I am trying my best to lessen what I eat and to avoid and skip meals if I can. but then I don't loose even a pound. I have manage to cut down a portion of my meal already and I only eat twice a day. I think there is still something wrong in my diet.

I agree, you have to fight this habit. Because bad food can damage your health drastically. I already try to eat right and feel much better. Healthy food is the health of the body.

I fully agree with you that habits make up who we are and become. You as a person is a full reflection of what you make of your habits; good, bad, or in between.

Once you've tried eathing healthy (like having proper times to eat) you're body will start working better and you will feel better. I think the schedule for eating is very important, because that lets your body know you're taking care of it.

I agree. It's all about making the right choices and soon, your body will get used to it. Just always keep your eyes on the prize to stay motivated.

During my illness with the digestive system, I had to change eating habits. It was very difficult. Me all the food did not seem tasty! How good that I recovered!

Congrats! That's hard to do this, and I know that!

You just need to realize that harmful food makes your body weaker. Then you want to eat any nastiness less.
Best not even get used to it.

Out of convenience and busyness of life, fast food is a the best solution...but results to bigger problems in terms of health.  Love your bodies.

Diet folklore suggests that eating at night is almost never a good idea if you want to lose weight. Although many experts say this old adage is pure myth, a new animal study backs up the idea that it?s not only what you eat but also when you eat that counts. Researchers at Northwestern University found that mice given high-fat foods during the day (when these nocturnal animals should have been sleeping) gained significantly more weight than mice given the same diet at night.

actually eating is nothing effected us, the main cause is the source of the food, too many additional things inside

A lot of people nowadays can't imagine their lives without fast food and they don't understand that it can be very harmful for their health. Others think too much about their diet, which probably doesn't suit them.

Cornell University food psychologist Brian Wansink, PhD, discovered that the larger the plate or bowl you eat from, the more you unknowingly consume. In one recent study, Wansink found that moviegoers given extra-large containers of stale popcorn still ate 45 percent more than those snacking on fresh popcorn out of smaller containers holding the same amount.
