I have this in the past in which my Bad eating habits are Eating too much fatty foods , and the worst of all is eating more in the evening than in the early times.

But lucky that i survived all those moments and now living a Healthy life.

Maybe realization is the best weapon , seeing my Children growing ? that's how i realize the importance of life and i want to see them having their own family and playing with my grandson.

Chips and processed foods are my go to foods in the office, which is very unhealthy. So as much as possible I try to avoid those, which is very hard 😕, but I'm trying my best.

Balanced diet and good eating habits is necessary for good health.
Poor Meal Planning.
Too Many Meals Away From Home.
Too Many Processed Foods.
Too Much Added Sugar.

That is one of my problem i want to be fit but i cant do that. Because all of my foods is to yummy thats why i cannot manage my proper diet. And i also drink a lot of supplementary fitness drink, but it doesnt work.  Sad
You can't supplement your diet with protein but not work out, that's not how it works...

That's one of my problem, I want to become fit and healthy but don't have time to start a healthy living but I'll take this suggestion and maybe it works.
You no need extra time,just skipping the bad eating habits will make you healthier and also will give more spare time to you.

It really is hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we don't even know if those people who says that they have a healthy lifestyle are actually healthy. You have to know your body and your differences in order to achieve a healthy and perfect lifestyle. Not because others are doing it and they're healthy doesn't mean it will be perfect for you too.

This is what my problem when I was in college I can’t stop myself from eating and until time I become obese and this turns things into different ways

My friends keeps on bullying me and they always looking for food whenever we are gathering and it hurts me more

That’s why I started exercising and going to gym,eat healthy foods and engage my self in taekwondo and karatedo.now I am living happy and better

the very bad eating habit is eating without washing your hand because it is very bad for everyone's health if you eat like that then you will feel uncomfortable you after sometime that's why you need to be clean and wash before eating

For someone exercise also a stress, that's why this way of dealing with stress doesn't fit them. Relaxation and meditation, they are very good but they also won't fit to everyone. I'm the kind of person who thinks a lot about about differnt stuff, that is why meditation won't fit me.

because in this modern era all the instant paced even the instant food way is to reduce the instant food multiply the sport and rest that far enough stress it in my opinion


To avoid this kind of bad habit self discipline is the way to control eating habits, treat instant food as alternative food if their nothing time to cook healthy food from home.


I try to avoid eating fatty foods after 8pm at night and try to go to bed with an empty stomach.
I also don't drink and alcoholic beverages during the week and only a small intake on weekends.



I disagree for the that diet way it hard to sleep with empty stomach is better to eat fruit before sleep to make avoid ulcer.

I will say we cannot eat at least the normal healthy in our life we are only going with the instant food like how we can satisfy only but we don't think about the health lot more than the taste that's why the problem we are in the bad situation about eating the food.

actually eating is nothing effected us, the main cause is the source of the food, too many additional things inside
Since i read a book titled "The ways of peaceful warriors" by Dan millman, I have been controlling the way i eat and i think it is now a bad way of eating if i am eating too fast as i will not enjoy the meals. Eating slowly enable you to relate with what you are eating and you need to eating slowly in other for you to pay attention to what is going inside you as it is good you understand what is going inside the same way what is coming from you.

For me, the hardest thing to do is to eat breakfast. It's like there is not enough time in the morning to prepare and eating breakfast. I know breakfast is so important because we need to start our day with sufficient energy. But I always end up tired after work at night, then woke up still tired the next day. And have to work all over again  Cheesy I drink coffee instead without breakfast. Coffee is not energy it's just work like a doping.
