People are skeptical about changing their diets. We are creatures of habit, buy the same foods from the same grocery store, prepare the same recipes over and over, and live within familiar routines.
Tackling bad eating and exercise habits requires a three-pronged approach:
1.Being aware of the bad habits you want to fix.

Wow, Thanks for this information. For me I'm trying to get more Calcium but without eating to much food. So my friend recommend that I should take calcium tablet. Not eating breakfast for a long time is bad for your health and may cause stomach pain. You can eat more fruits and vegetables. A glass of milk a day is good for your health.

There are a lot of foods nowadays but there are a lot of adulterants in the food nowadays everyone likes a lot of food so we must avoid foods that can harm us if we eat them then we must survive

Mine is when i am eating ? sometimes i Put my Feet in another chair and that is really awkward .

But that is my habit since i was a little , or maybe that's what i have learn from my Parents in the past.

When I had a lot of bad eating habits - I had obesity and health problems - this was my motivation, I drastically changed my diet and never came back to it. And then when you see the results of a healthy lifestyle, there is simply no point in returning to the old unhealthy lifestyle because there are no advantages to it. And yes, it's not that hard, it's just habits.

There are some bad habits we need to change. If we ever smoke we have to stop smoking. We have to take care of ourselves. We have to change our bad habits. We think it's the biggest thing in everyone's life.  An important thing is to stay away from bad foods

I agree with you, smoking is a really bad habit. Some people might do it so they don't have so much hunger and it is a way to lose weight, but it's not healthy. Especially now with the corona pandemic we should work on protecting our lungs. The chance to get a severe corona infection is much higher when we smoke.

I mean, of course we have time to eat, we have to eat because there are so many adulterated foods now, we have to get away from them, we have to change those habits, things to eat bad food.

Something like junk foods, packed foods etc should be avoided and as far as possible need to have organic fruits and vegetables in our daily diets for us to remain healthier and fit as well. Timely eating is also very important as should have a proper cycle and if possible, have lunch and dinner on regular timings and should not be too late.

The healthiest and simplest food is raw vegetables, various herbs, mushrooms (also raw!), nuts, cereals, honey and some fruits.

Don't forget cold-pressed raw oils (flaxseed (omega 3 and 6) and coconut oil (omega 9)).
Eat less, but nutritious food.
You can eat spirulina, wheat germ, b12, selenium, and zinc (and other beneficial supplements if you need to).
Eat turmeric and black pepper (and garlic).
Do not eat at night.

If you follow these simple guidelines, then you will never have health problems due to nutrition.
