I eat a lot of fast food.
I have a work now and I live far away from my family. busy at work, it's impossible to cook by myself, so I buy fast food frequently to save time. Fast food can cause nutritional imbalance and it has bad impact on our stomach. I can feel that I'm getting fatter and fatter. right now Embarrassed I'm going to the gym to exercise to avoid obesity.

I hardly eat breakfast.
I know it hurts the stomach. but usually I eat much the night before, resulting in waking up in the morning without being hungry at all. If I did eat something in the morning, I'll feel sick. If I didn't, I get starved before noon and then eat a lot in lunch, quite a contrast between breakfast and lunch~

This morning for breakfast before I got to work I realized a have a bad habit when it comes for eating-  I like to add salt and pepper to many things.
Over the weekend I had galbi and oi naengguk which is ribs from pork and cucumber salad.  Both is tasty but I still had to ass salt with pepper.

for me, I love eating meat and hate fruit and vegetables. Now I'm shorter but fatter than my peers Embarrassed my partents tried to help, but still, I love meat. What am I gonna do??? in addition, I can easily catch cold since my immune system is weaker....

When eating, I have to sit in front of the TV with my bowl. My eyes are fixed on the screen, my mouth is chewing mechanically, and the chopsticks are stuffed with food. poor eating habits can lead to illness. for example if we often eat fatty foods then we will be exposed to cholesterol. from now on keep the food we eat, because many diseases caused by food. healthy living and keeping a diet is a way of avoiding illness. bad diet is not good for health, especially we often late to eat then we will get stomach acid disease.
eating has a lot to do with your stomach and your health. A lot of people fall ill because of bad eating habits. for example, Gastric cancer is one of them.

I don't think it's necessary. You could however eat very healthy foods like fruits/vegetables more than thrice a day. I tend to grind them together and gradually sip the juice throughout the day. Works well for me in empty stomach or without eating regular/heavy foods.

Eating 3 times a day doesn't really work well for me, especially when I eat too much or eat unhealthy foods. I believe there are people who fast regularly and are still healthy... They don't always eat morning, afternoon and evening
Fasting is great if done right.
