My problem is that I do not like healthy foods like vegetables, fish etc. I only love pork and beef; I can eat dishes made from them all the year around. My mom said it is not good at all.

Bad eating habit is when you eat heavy food at night before going to bed and taking too much of sugar and fats. it's a very bad habit.

Eating late at night say 2 hours to midnight and sleeping almost immediately is what I consider bad eating habit.eating without drinking water while eating is also a bad eating habit

there are so many great things but we know how well it is. if you eat too much if you have any health problems because you have difficulty moving because of chemicals

I'm super constantly trying to eat healthy but whatever i want to do after a few days i need to eat a pizza or burger. What am i doing wrong? 😞

because in this modern era all the instant paced even the instant food way is to reduce the instant food multiply the sport and rest that far enough stress it in my opinion
Many people love to eat. Uncooked, so it affects health and is the root of disease.

Eating is very important for long live. By eating good food we can keep fit our body. Health is wealth. Bad eating habits are always harmful for health. Many kinds of junk food such as Chocolates, Ice-cream, soft drinks etc are very delicious but not good for health. Everyone should avoid these foods.
