Everything is good, because once again managed to win.
However, when I played something strange happened - see screenshot:
Edit: It is Texas Holdem Poker.
I only got one card. I folded. But I do not know how others could play with just one card?

Again and again, my account is locked and unable to play poker. I could play 2 freerolls yesterday, but now I cant.
Yesterday I was using my phone as wifi hotspot and now I'm using my personal modem, it is not good to lock an account just because the account using different internet sources. I think its better to turn off your automatic lock system and use manual system, at least investigate the account first before lock it.

Hello there. Just a quick question, the withdraw button seems to be not working as of the moment. Already tried clearing cache and cookies, logging back in and clicking the withdraw button over and over again but that doesn't seem to do any good for me. Balance still stays as it was earlier. Thanks!
Edit: Spammed the hell out of that withdraw button for 5 minutes. Idk why it wasn't working. A month back, same thing happened when I tried to withdraw my winnings. It took a full 3 hours before that withdraw button began to work. Kindly look into it.

Yep, just refresh it on your browser and join back into your table. i think it's a bug on that site, but it never happen to me though. or maybe because your connection rto and that's make your 1 card invisible.
I did not have to refresh the browser. On the next hand, everything was fine. It seems that the most likely is a bug.

Points can be gained from the cash game/ring games as well, it is 5% of your winning + stakes if I'm not mistaken.
Anyway, congrats on your winning on the freeroll.
Either cash game, sit and go and multitable tournaments (except for freerolls) make you earn XP points.
Can't find anymore the page with the exact formula but, basing on my own experience, playing buyin tournaments and sng you will earn them much more faster than playing same stakes cash game.
I mean playing a 10mBtc buyin sng/mtt will give you much more points than playing a short NL10 ring session.
And the points you will earn in sng/mtt will be more when you finish in the money rather than not.

I was once accused of being involved with a "friend" as they say for pumping up the 2player sng to accumulate points for the leaderboard but i was playing with different players not just with a "friend" as they told me(This was a few weeks ago) and aren't it's supposed to be? to play as many as you can for the leaderboard? i told them what do i supposed to do? watch my points get taken over and just not play? LOL
They unlocked my account after several email exchanges, but the sad part is... they confiscated my chips worth 100+. Which really sucks bigtime!

This sounds crazy. They locked your account and confiscated your coins because you were playing too much?
I played pretty much non-stop for a week or two and they didn't lock my account. I was playing to build up my leaderboard points - what else is the leaderboard for if not to encourage people to play more?
Whoever is running the poker room really needs to think about what behaviour they want from their players, and reward that behaviour. If you want people to play lots of poker, give them stuff like leaderboard points for playing lots of poker. But then don't turn around and punish them for playing lots of poker! That just sends a very confusing message.
There's a rake on the heads-up S&G. The site should positively encourage friends to play heads-up against each other, since the site profits from every game that is played and there is no scope for collusion in heads-up.
We just don't arbitrarily lock accounts. When we get complaints from three + users, then we lock and review the accounts. To be more transparent about this process, we are creating a forum on-site where people can post complaints. When we get enough, we will not lock the account right away, but someone will review the account immediately. For now, we are doing it this way, however.

Second i did around 1am GMT comes after around 5-6 hours.

I have made around 5x withdrawal and most of them were less than an hour, but one of them was more than 6 hours. Perhaps because the one who in charge to process it were not online at the same time when I requested.

Not all withdrawals are manual. Most of our users, over time, will get auto withdrawals. The more you login and play, the more your withdrawals will be instant.
So for instance if you create an account and play for one day per week it will take longer to qualify for auto-withdrawal then if you played two or three times a week.

because I changed my internet source, and support agent said to me that it is better to use only 1 internet source. It is not good IMHO, because I cant play when I'm not at home.
This is the weirdest things in all gambling sites around here. User should be able to choose freely from where does he wants to login his account from, if you login from your phone which has different IP then your usual computer which is used to login here then there is a high chance your account will be locked (?) , thats kinda nonsense things from a site like betcoin
This is not accurate. We cross reference account IPs, not just block an account for using two different IP's. That support agent was, unfortunately, incorrect.

Finally got in touch with live chat. they said it should be processed later today.
I will update as soon as everything is solved.

Just finished this post and received an email. The withdrawal is now complete. Don't know why it took longer, but it's all good now!
Withdrawals on their site usually take hours because they process withdrawals manually. I made a withdrawal in their site a month ago and it took me 19+ hours before I received my coins. Thing is, for your withdrawals to be processed fast, do it on weekdays and always ask the live chat and update the status of your withdrawal.
