My last two withdraws i make have been done quite fast i think.
One i did around 6 pm GMT comes in just around 30 mins.
Second i did around 1am GMT comes after around 5-6 hours.

I wanna know how does the cashback works in betcoin.tm? When I deposited some dogecoins to play, after a week I received a portion of that deposit and I don't know why since I know I'm not a member of any members of VIP. It happened twice I think, and afterwards it never occurred again though I still deposited some in my account, this time with bitcoins. How does that cashback system works?

Anyway on my side everything is fine: I'm playing their poker sinc the first week they launched it, mainly cash game but also sng and freerolls; got quite a good amount of mBTC from their leaderboards and already deposited and withdrew more than once wityhout any issue.

Considering that cash players are quite few at the moment averyone of us might be accused of "pupmping" their play against each other for leaderboard purposes: hope they will get the mistake they did with you.

This sounds crazy. They locked your account and confiscated your coins because you were playing too much?

I played pretty much non-stop for a week or two and they didn't lock my account. I was playing to build up my leaderboard points - what else is the leaderboard for if not to encourage people to play more?

Whoever is running the poker room really needs to think about what behaviour they want from their players, and reward that behaviour. If you want people to play lots of poker, give them stuff like leaderboard points for playing lots of poker. But then don't turn around and punish them for playing lots of poker! That just sends a very confusing message.

There's a rake on the heads-up S&G. The site should positively encourage friends to play heads-up against each other, since the site profits from every game that is played and there is no scope for collusion in heads-up.

I was once accused of being involved with a "friend" as they say for pumping up the 2player sng to accumulate points for the leaderboard but i was playing with different players not just with a "friend" as they told me(This was a few weeks ago) and aren't it's supposed to be? to play as many as you can for the leaderboard? i told them what do i supposed to do? watch my points get taken over and just not play? LOL

They unlocked my account after several email exchanges, but the sad part is... they confiscated my chips worth 100+. Which really sucks bigtime!
Because all i wanna do is to just play.

I still play here but I pretty much stayed away from playing cash game and sng/tournaments with buyin. and just pretty much played the freerolls.

so yeah, they just converted me from cash game player to a freeroll player because they confiscated my chips. not a good thing for a website. LOL

A support agent said that their system detected that there were other devices playing the poker using the same connection that I have, so the system automatically lock my account.
But the good thing is that they always respond to my problems and unlock my account.

Seriously!? That would be really strange! After all, when someone plays on his mobile phone, network is changing every moment. Could this result in account blockade? Or i didn't understand something correctly?

This is the weirdest things in all gambling sites around here. User should be able to choose freely from where does he wants to login his account from, if you login from your phone which has different IP then your usual computer which is used to login here then there is a high chance your account will be locked (?) , thats kinda nonsense things from a site like betcoin

I think he is not only the one who get blocked/locked, I got the same problem before and my account have been blocked 6times so far. The reason is always the same, something like using VPN or multi-accounts. Twice I realized my account is blocked just because I changed my internet source, and support agent said to me that it is better to use only 1 internet source. It is not good IMHO, because I cant play when I'm not at home.
Hope for better system to avoid multi-accounts players..

Great advice. You've given away so much money in the poker promotions, and it's all for nothing if you're going to end up chasing the players away by continually making the games less attractive without warning.

Here is another suggestion: FFS, hire somebody who know what is he doing to manage your poker room!.

Today you've killed again all the action for your players with inadequate changes. Rising minimum players of Guaranteed MTTs from 6 to 8. On my 1st tournament we were 7 players and it got canceled. I was WTF??? Then saw - ahhh, they made another unannounced shady change. Then almost nobody was even trying to fill those MTTs.

You are doing it to save money from added, but guess what? You didn't save a sh*t. Just players moved to added money SNGs. Then you've killed those SNGs too...

Just you are getting some player pool and players starts playing in your room more regularly and BOOM AGAIN! You are killing the action by yourself. This is now the right way to do business and keep players. Especially with the start of FortuneJack poker room few days ago. Nitrogen are also having 100-500mBTC guaranteed tournaments last few days with just 2 minimum players requirement.

I'm sure the person who is managing your poker room doesn't played more than 10 hands in his life. Otherwise wouldn't add 3888 starting stacks and adding/removing tournament and requirement in matter of hours. Without announces without anything.

Also one of your SNG have 1% tax, another 5%, without difference in buy-in, structure or payment pool. 100+1 and 100+5?? Others are similar, from 1% to 10% without any logic why is 1% or 10%.


EDIT: Ahh, ok. Another change in 24 hours. At least not a bad one. New MTTs with higher buy-in, but and higher guarantees.

Sorry for spamming your circle game with empty bets. Just trying the odds on different circles and their respective multipliers (and finding some strategy to win this thing again, lol). My withdrawal went pretty smooth earlier, even with 0 confirmations on different block chain parser. Cool!

1. We are working now on a 7-day system. Each day will have a bonus. For example - our Better-Than-A-Raffle promo will be automated on say.. Tuesday for example. That day you click the promo page and the rules for the daily promo as well as all other active promos will be listed.

OK. BIG to be I'm usually playing 5-15 MTTs stars and i'm writing only when my tables drop under 6. Eating chars is standard.

You are doing great promotions and your latest SnGs are great. But people get confused because you dont have any announces/promotions page on your site with explanations.


Here are some more suggestions because i start hating few fortunejack software and dont want to move there:

1. ADD promotion page on your site and write exactly what are you offering.

2. ADD rules/faq poker page where you are explaining rules, current rake structure, current leaderboard size, etc. Because now people need to guess about rake, 1% on HU and 5% on 3+ layers. Another example is leaderboard cut in half this week.

3. RENAME SNGs from Guaranteed to Added. Because you are Adding money on these. Your software have weird structure and yesterday people doesnt realize you are adding 3-27 mBTC of your own pocket every on new SNG played just because lack of communication, missing FAQ and weird names/software/starting date/min & max players. To clarify - new SNG are giving like prize pool for 6 players but just on 4 registrered!

4. Reduce stack size on all SNGs with buy-in. 3848 starting stack on the new ones are way too much. I played omaha and it took over a hour! Reduce it to 1500 or make SNGs turbo.

About leaderboard money i believe all top 10 players didt get the money in weeks. This week i'm again on 1-rst spot.
