I want to make few suggestions: remove chat pop-up. I believe it is very annoying for returning customers every time to be asked do they need help. When user needs it, he will find it. Add normal buy-in sit and goes. And if it possible to add desktop notification when tournament start.

Are those stock images of support, or did you take them? They're kind weird looking to begin with imo, having them slowly slide up from the corner of my window is just creepy. Maybe bring them back for a Halloween promo.
I'll be keeping this bit of advice hidden from our support group. For some reason I don't feel they'll appreciate it. But we sure do! Thanks for the input.
