Do not lie, all my bets were placed on valid lines (perhaps dropping odds/ sharp lines), so there was no reason to investigate my bets.
I placed at least 15 bets in a 2 week timeframe and you confiscated my funds only when i asked withdrawal.
You have the same odds provider as bet8.gr/winmasters/(now)cloudbet and what surprise they never confiscated my fund to investigate my bets.
You confiscated my funds without any warning (set my balance to 0) and do not replied to my email for days.
You gave back my funds only when i opened a new topic here and started to share all my bets compared with oddsportal and pinnacle prices.
We process many bets per day on Sportsbook and this problem happens about twice times per two or three weeks (inclusive of all players). That's a pretty low number. Most of these issues are resolved with 24 hours. However, in most cases, when a support agent asks for the username and other info, the customer responds in kind with all the necessary information. Instead of doing this, you refused to provide your username to better assist you, so instead of the agent being able to easily look up the information, she had to escalate the matter, which will add to your wait time.
I want fast customer service I want customer support agent can recognize bet ids, do not ask information that they already got .
In my 1st message there was the bet id , in this way : "No 11206709, Single " and i gave my username in the name field too (online form)

You tried to steal my funds but failed because you realized that i am not a noob.
This is what i think, and after this mess you made another mess not to credit my account with the winnings. (blaming your system)
I don't support or tolerate these type of behaviors :
- confiscate funds without any warning without any reason
- try to blame your sportbook provider ( tell lies all the way along) ,
- apply such employees that cant recognize betids and username.
Banning from an anonymous site? Are you kidding me? I have 4 connections to the internet (isps) . (but you can try to ban my country, if you have ip address logs , proxy? )
