Yes, we did freeze your funds upon request to freeze them from our Sportsbook provider in order to investigate your bets. Once the investigation cleared you were given the funds and they were withdrawn. Mind you - I don't think you ever updated your scam accusation against us.


Do not lie, all my bets were placed on valid lines (perhaps dropping odds/ sharp lines), so there was no reason to investigate my bets.  
I placed at least 15 bets in a 2 week timeframe and you confiscated my funds only when i asked withdrawal.    
You have the same odds provider as bet8.gr/winmasters/(now)cloudbet and what surprise they never confiscated my fund to investigate my bets.

You confiscated my funds without any warning (set my balance to 0)  and do not replied to my email for days.
You gave back my funds only when i opened a new topic here and started to share all my bets  compared with  oddsportal and pinnacle prices.

Now, I have to submit a warning to you that if you expect friendly customer service, then saying "What is that f*cking smile at the end of the message  ?    Do you think i am your friend?" is NOT going to get it for you. I have been as cordial as possible but if we can expect (again) to have situations such as this where you contact customer support - who is only there to help you - and curse them, then there's going to have to be something done.

We process many bets per day on Sportsbook and this problem happens about twice times per two or three weeks (inclusive of all players).  That's a pretty low number. Most of these issues are resolved with 24 hours. However, in most cases, when a support agent asks for the username and other info, the customer responds in kind with all the necessary information. Instead of doing this, you refused to provide your username to better assist you, so instead of the agent being able to easily look up the information, she had to escalate the matter, which will add to your wait time.

I want fast customer service I want customer support agent can recognize bet ids, do not ask information that they already got .
In my 1st message  there was the bet id , in this way :    "No 11206709, Single "        and i gave my username in the name field too  (online form)

So - to get this straight with anyone reading this 'drama' - you contacted our support and instead of providing them with the information they wanted you cursed them and started ranting about db triggers. We don't support or tolerate this type of behavior towards our customer service reps, especially when even after your issues are resolved you have open scam accusations against us. Not only that but the thread I'm thinking of has inaccurate information such as 'I suggest you not to play at betcoin.tm.      They are from Greece.' We're from Hong Kong. Our site has a Chinese version (caishentang.com). Our design is focused on our Chinese customers. We have a Sportsbook provider that services other companies, yes. There is nothing odd about that. We chose them for many reasons, partly because with their help we are the world's only Bitcoin Casino with a Virtual Sports suite.

Perhaps you can also post  in that topic that you gave back funds.  
After all of this mess i wont post in your favour.
You tried to steal my funds but failed because you realized that i am not a noob.  
This is what i think, and after this mess you made another mess not to credit my account with the winnings. (blaming your system)  

I don't support or tolerate these type of behaviors :  
- confiscate funds without any warning without any reason
- try to blame your sportbook provider ( tell lies all the way along) ,
- apply such employees that cant recognize betids and username.

So, consider this a public warning that we will allow you to play in our casino but if you continue to curse our support agents and effectively slander our company by keeping scam accusations open when they've been resolved, you WILL be banned from playing.

Banning from an anonymous site?  Are you kidding me?    I have 4 connections  to the internet (isps) .  (but you can try to ban my country, if you have ip address logs , proxy?  Wink )

I pretty much love playing in your site, specially with the promotions you have for players. But my account has been ban from poker for a few days now. My username is Tripod.

I already talked to the support and got connected to James through email. Support says my account is under security check. I emailed James and until now i havent got any reply as to why my account is under security check? and still i cant access poker.

If you have time please see my account and what will happen? It's frustrating to see your accnt gets ban when all you do is play every chance you get.

This time, the system did not pay out on a bet slip. I'm not surprised that this is upsetting to you considering last time we had to freeze your funds. We can imagine the frustration, but as always we resolved the issue within a few days.

Finally i got my winnings after 56 hours

Today i will place another bet  and let you know whether betcointm do the same or can credit my account with the winnings (if the bet is winner)

I tried to place a bet with all my funds  0.32 BTC (140$)  @  1.68  but betcoin.tm accepted only 0.2 BTC (85$) without any question without any warning (that not all my stake was accepted)

I know betcoin is little bit a Lazy, But he always solved the problems. I few times got an issue with my Withdrawal and he always solved, but with a Delay. But above all site is very Nice. I made much profit from it

I'd contact live support providing them bet ID and explaining everything. Also take some screenshots of your transactions ID (deposit one and bet one) they can be useful for you when talking to live chat (consider there is a button in chat window allowing you to attach files to send support).

If they won't be of help you may also post those screenshots here and see what happens.

These support agents don't have any idea what db triggers are. When you sent the Bet ID by email it looks like the support agent just didn't catch it - which is pretty inexcusable and we will deal with it but man we're going to fix the problem there's no need to be hostile to the support agents. Most of them try their best and really, truly want to help everyone have a good time! Please don't take out your frustration on them and take it out on me instead Smiley

Your listing the house edge as if you were paying out 100x for ROyal in Carribean (which is standard)
But you're paytable is 50x for royal, same as SF (Not Standard)

You're "auto-bet" adds over 11% to the house edge.

I think you should change the Royal to 100x and get rid of bot or teach it to only raise 1 pair+
(or tell me I'm wrong...I could be missing something I guess)



I sent a pm about the carribean stud payouts/advertised house edge 2 weeks ago because they were so eager to fix the video poker payout mistakes I found last month.

I got a quick response saying thery would send it over to the "poker dudes" but nothing has changed 2 weeks later.  Maybe because Caribbean stud isn't poker, but either way, I guess I should of just posted it so the players knew




I believe your royal flush payout is off for Caribbean Stud.  It's listed as paying 50-1, the same as any straight flush.  It should be 100-1.

Also, it's worth noting that even if the payout were corrected, your auto-bet option would increase the house edge from 5.224% to 16.607%

Currently, the auto-bet simply raises 100% of hands, even when the player has a 0% chance of winning.

Perfect strategy would probably take an unnecessary amount of effort to program, but I think it would be reasonable and likely easy to program the feature to only raise if the player is dealt any pair or better, and fold everything else.  This strategy puts the house edge at 5.47%

When you sent the Bet ID by email it looks like the support agent just didn't catch it - which is pretty inexcusable and we will deal with it but man we're going to fix the problem there's no need to be hostile to the support agents. Most of them try their best and really, truly want to help everyone have a good time! Please don't take out your frustration on them and take it out on me instead Smiley
