1) I see that your account has only 4 days of life, so, in most probably way your account should be an alt-account. (I see all of your messages, and I've found another confirmation about this.)
2) It seems that the screen that you've posted was edited with the dev tab (press F12 and you'll be a magician
)3) TX id that you have sent to the support, doesn't work.
4) Your address is not showed.
5) Post an evident proof if you substain your version.
Greg has been a member for 2 weeks now, but the rest of this seems reasonably on point. I'm not ready for anyone to pull out pitchforks, this could be anything so let's see if we can work it out.

Also, I don't see any other 'proof' of this transaction in the live chat except for the tx id which didn't work. Now you're a player at our casino and I don't expect that you're lying - but I will need some better info if you want to resolve the issue.

Do not lie, all my bets were placed on valid lines (perhaps dropping odds/ sharp lines), so there was no reason to investigate my bets.
Maybe this was part of reason:
Banning from an anonymous site? Are you kidding me? I have 4 connections to the internet (isps) . (but you can try to ban my country, if you have ip address logs , proxy? 
)
) I suggest Betcoin bans this user to insure they remain a loyal customer.

1. We had reason to confiscate. Our provider said to hold the funds. We did. We let you know why. We fixed it. We cashed you out. Simple simple.
2. We aren't 'blaming' anyone. We are relying on their expertise to let us know when specific behaviors should be addressed.
3. We chatted with this employee and she is embarrassed and extends her public apology.
Those things being said... The core of my message was just this: Please try and be a little nicer to the support agents. They're held to high standards (we've gotten rid of all who have public complaints against them) and Aimee is a VERY good employee. She made a mistake so just try and have a little understanding.
And for the love of all that's good please close that 2.88 BTC thread that was resolved so long ago.

I already talked to the support and got connected to James through email. Support says my account is under security check. I emailed James and until now i havent got any reply as to why my account is under security check? and still i cant access poker.

I guess processing mean that you need to wait.. if you make withdraw but its not on pending. Its mean your account have problem. I CLICK WITHDRAW AND IT SAYS PROCESSING YET NOTHING.
They make manual payment so just wait with patience.. or try contact them with live chat. Support are quite polite actually
