it's getting common in betcoin.tm for accounts to be ban in poker...
you just have to be patient and contact support and they will resolve the issue once you from that you are legit.

The only thing you can do now is to ask for the live support to unlock your account, it will take some time because they need to check your account. This is their weakness on their security system to avoid multi-accounts players, an account may get locked only because changing internet connection or changing device.

Yeah i talked to a live agent, and you already checked our chat. i sent him all the proofs when i made that deposit, and he said they are working on it, and i went somewhere after 3 days i came back and checked my account i still didnt get that .4 btc and nor i have these ,4 btc in my blockchain account and than i tried to follow that tx and it says there is nothing in that tc id. now i have nothing as a proof. how can i contact to the block or to betcoin to get paid these .4

Post your deposit address/tx id. Blockchain doesn't lie. The .4 is either still in your wallet or you have proof of where it was sent.
