Actually, they mentioned in earlier post they plan the reopen the casino...

And who will play in this re-opened casino? I guess they can clear this situation and refund people (I don't care for my few bucks), but they just disappeared for six months? Even if they get in again with many new promotions should we play in their new casino?

Too many questions, and not so many smart answers... I played those poker tournaments, and they were great, but mostly because people from here who participated in those tournaments.

Oh, they were great those Bitcointalk Poker Tournaments on Betnomi, weren't they? I actually won one of them and I can confirm that I was fully paid by Betnomi(they were sponsoring the tournaments) and I had successfully withdrawn the money. After that I had been playing for more than a year or two on the site, and I can say that their poker platform was attractive to many poker lovers, thousands I'd say. I personally hope they'll be back.

The main issue on here would really be that pertaining about "TRUST" on which this is something that cant really be taken back to original thing.They can make some good promotions or offerings but
taking back those players will never happen exempt into those who are loyal players of this platform then it could be possible but for those who  had been locked up or even into bystanders
then they wont really be dealing up into a place on which it does have this kind of issue or history. It would be better that they would be making up some rebranding
and would really be letting the public or community know that they are still on the same management. People cant trust up anymore and it would be better that
they should be launching up with brand new name and not known team behind or keeping it secret on some sort.

I'm starting to get bad vibes and don't believe we will get any funds.
November 27th it was said the first batch would be paid in "the next few days". It's been a week since this was said, usually "few days" means less than a week, so this does not feel right. I suppose nobody got any payment yet, not even a very small one?

Dont sweat this. Most people was already at the point of not believing that Betnomi will ever come back then somehow they did so at this point, there is really nothing to lose. Its too early for them to pull some April Fool's but even if they do refund everything, they have tarnish their reputation and most people would most likely will never come back to their future site

but it would be great if they actually refund everything up

They claimed that batch of refunds should be pushed within last days but I didn't get any reply on mail nor any transfer.

Just give him sometime to announce that the first batch of refund is already successful before you conclude that you are not being entertained since possibly anyone on first batch list experienced the same.

I guess they will refund everyone, sooner or later... it would be really foolish if they don't do it, why would they come back in the first place? I had just a few dollars there, and I will not ask for a refund.

But for days I wonder about one thing... even if they return and refund all the people who had money there, what is their end goal? Just learning their reputation and that's it? Or do they have some plan to reopen Betnomi? I went a few times trough their posts, but I can't figure it out...

So basically, their objective is to clean their name as much as possible before reopening and continue to earn money with their new brand.

Also, if they were clever they would give priorities to those who had big balances and then move from their to users who had medium sizes balances, and so on. That would dramatically reduce the pressure on them and in an exponential way.
Doesnt matter on where they would be starting on which that pressure would really be just the same since they would really be that paying all in all in speaking about balances whether small or big.
They would really be that obliged on doing so but its actually good that they did make out those considerations on giving out some refund, if this problem actually starts with those shit staffs and trying out to repair the damage that has been done then its a good initiative and trying out to make a new brand name with the same management, well its a nice move because whether we do like it or not
on which if a certain casino/platform did have some issues back in the past and turned out that they came back then we cant deny that people would really be that hesitant on trusting them back.

But at this stage, the Betnomi team have taken a great move to rectify and refund all verified account holders with balance and have stated that the first batch of refund will come in a few days from now, this is a good move from the admin of this casino betnomi who was sometimes popular here in the forum.
Yes, it is Betnomi's obligation to resolve the mess that has occurred and they at least have good intentions to return all user funds because not many casinos dare to do that, if this is indeed done by Betnomi and they succeed in returning everything, it is certain that Betnomi will be released slowly from all the negative accusations that might attack them during their disappearance.

But that doesn't guarantee that their reputation can be built again after seeing this mess get busy before, but I also want to see how Betnomi processes all refunds for all their users on this forum, I'm also still waiting for community confirmation about refunds which they may have already received. see other developments in this thread.

Yes indeed, the betnomi team have taken some good steps that will earn further trust if they relaunch under another domain name at whatever time in the future,  because for a company to come out and make such a step to refund their clients after a wallet attack is mostly hard to come by unless in a situation where the coins are safe on the hot wallet.

It's not about that, you're not responding to emails.
I dont think he controls that email address anymore.
Address I used for registering on betnomi was receive huge number of spam email with some other casino, and I never used that address for anything else.
I heard other people reported the same thing, and maybe that is the reason why they didnt decide to send refund email to all customers with balance, because they cant do it  Tongue
