i keep an eye on this service but as for me, the 3-5% you say for loading is very many to loose one the way. better withdrawal to bank at 0.09€ commission that i have from the exchange ... Smiley of course this have some negatives also but not 3-5% !!!
Go for spectrocoin or xapo, they only charge 1.5-2%

what's with all the hype about 5%?? where is it coming from? someone shouted on the corner, now everybody spreading the rumour?..

ok, now you charge 4% 943.9EUR/982.89EUR = 96% your price is 943.9EUR and market price is 982.89 EUR. So it is just in the middle of 3-5%

where is the "market price" coming from?

you are creating a lot of noise, that's for sure.
But the core of the problem is that your card was blocked by the bank on suspicion of fraud, so, it's a big question where the scam is.

Have you provided all the documents requested by support to get your account unblocked?

ok, now you charge 4% 943.9EUR/982.89EUR = 96% your price is 943.9EUR and market price is 982.89 EUR. So it is just in the middle of 3-5%

Bow its work fine.. do you think wirex also work on amazon aws?

Have you tried amazon aws yet? The only way to check is to try..
Not yet to try it in aws since i have still aws account.. but just heard in our group before  they are using wirex and it works fine also in youtube just found few tutorial using wirex.. but i dont know if its working right now.. because i heard some who uses this card will be suspended..

That can be work on bing when registering..  i want to use my bitcoin to deposit and use it in bing accounts to run a campaign..
Tested those card from any of the card. like wirex but not working .

have you checked with bing what their requirements and limitations are for supported cards?
they are accepting debit cards and credit card but i do not know exactly they are accepting .. but when i was use other vcc its works fine.. for me..
But wirex is not working. its not acceptable,, getting always error..

we can't tell for each and every service whether it will or will not accept the cards issued by our bank - each service has their own limitations.
maybe bing requires cards directly linked to a personal bank account.

The last period i become very frustrated about the service of Wirex/Ecoin.
When i start using the card in the beginning it was really making my life easier. But at the moment its very very very frustrating!

Few weeks back i lost my card. I paid for express and 2 weeks later still no card.. I provided a alternative delivery adress and it was still shipped to my cardholders adress. After 2 weeks finally got my card.. Had still funds left on the old card, send a support ticket to migrate the funds from the old to the new one.. after 1 week still no response.

I tried to load my card, 200 euro dissapeared.. Again a new support ticket.. No response.
Today i loaded 50 euro and 2250 euro. The 50 euro came and guess what? The 2250 euro totally disappeared!

At the moment 2250+1000+200 "gone".

Its very frustrating because the reason im using bitcoin and a debitcard is to get my hands faster as a regular banktransfer, but now it take much longer. Im really consider to jump to another debitcard. Maybe its a idea to start with phonesupport? Normally im a loyal customer, but the service is really really bad! For the fees we all pay you guys can do better!

as replied in another thread:

you tried to load your unverified card via PayPal, which is no longer allowed by the bank (has been the case for several months now), which has led to the bank blocking your account - we had nothing to do with it, either with the attempted load (not via our platform, but via 3rd party), nor with the block itself.

We are trying to resolve this with the bank, but they don't have the procedure for refund, the only straightforward way to get the money is to verify the account and the pending amount will be loaded.

We will certainly keep trying, but it is not really correct of you to blame us for your own mistake..

Their terrible support and bugs that they fail to fix for years is the reason I switched my main use card to other bitcoin card provider(not here to advertise, you have plenty of alternatives, check them out). it's 50/50 if your money won't be stuck in "Pending" for a week only because they can't fix their bugs and support takes a week to answer Smiley

issue with balance resolved, right?

Couldn't find a live chat on the website so I'm posting my question here about a scenario:
I want to buy something online through the Virtual bitcoin debit card which in total the order is around $2k
My question is how much fee will be applied and how many bitcoin would be needed for $2k.
Is this possible without going to verification process? Just sent a PM.

Once again some proof for people of e-coin/wirex who still claim there are no fees when loading the card and that the exchange rate is just a coincidence.

Amount I get on my card 22.23 EUR. If we take the lowest exchange rate which is the google rate here. 22.23/23.27=0.955 so your fee is around 4.5%.

So I will still stand by my claim that your fees are 3-5% when loading the card and you can still say that is not the fact but the facts are here and the math does not lie.

can you load your card on google? or on preev? or on xe.com? Why are you even comparing to these services?? Those are purely informative ones. Our rate is an aggregate from a number of exchanges, and you should be comparing apples with apples and at a precisely the same moment in time, not apples with oranges today and tomorrow.

fee for maintain your card probably ...

it could also be that you've overspent. Sometimes there are pending transactions which haven't settled yet, and occasionally you cold make another small transaction taking the balance into the red zone

Absolutely avoid this company. Feels like SCAM to me.
Super fast about sending you your card and depositing money but beside of that nothing works. Loading your card, withdrawing money, either it is pending or order is not even registred.
Better go to some of the other companys

please, read the definition of the word you are using and don't use it lightly and for no reason. No one would ever take anything from you, your funds are as secure as they could be in the bitcoin world.
Yes, there have been issues recently, but a) we are working on a complete re-architecture of the platform and b) no issue is ever left unresolved, although, yes, fully admit it, there have been delays (we are also working on that, support team has nearly doubled in numbers recently)
