the mistake with PIN code is most probably caused by incorrect entry (this is the reason in 99% of such cases). Really no need for such an outbreak of emotion and spamming messages..

I don't speak Russian but if you refer to the maintenance glitch on 1st September that is resolved now.
For me everything works fine.
If you have a problem that haven't resolved yet email tech support, they reply quickly as I know from my previous experience with them.

1) I agree with you that e-coin customers must have been warned for such a maintenance in advance or at least during the incidence.
2) For me personally that is one reason not to choose Xapo. I prefer to know exactly the fiat amount that is available for purchases in the card so that i don't have to worry for the BTC price and wallet balance at the moment of purchase or atm withdrawal. I also want to be in control and decide the time to load the card so that the price to convert BTC to fiat is best for me. That's one of the reasons that made me to choose the e-coin card.

Just went through all the details for this card and think I'll order one this weekend.

Would have been nice if it could deduct any purchases directly from the wallet but then again for security purposes it may be better to load the card as and when you need it.

This page is outdated and should be updated. According to the information provided the Max Daily Load is only $2,500 which I assume is incorrect.

There were some issues we needed to address, hence needed to stop the service for some time.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

It must operate with no troubles now. I was successful in log-in and loaded my card with no problem.
But I would like an official explanation for the incident because I really like the service and this was the first major glitch.
