I think the percentage of the halving to be cancel is so little.

You can't cancel the halving without completely change the way Bitcoin works and, effectively, break the system. You're requiring a hard fork that everyone agrees on, and then you have to figure out how mining will work once the block rewards just stop.

Aside from that, it can't be cancelled. It is built into the code.

As we all know we know that the halving of the Bitcoin will come soon and that can be nice of the most people because there people that is using Bitcoin and is waiting for a higher value.
Some people said that the value of the Bitcoin wont even rise and that we have to wait a longer time until the value will be higher so that would be bad, because not everyone has the patience for it.

Technically we could all agree to move to a fork that doesn't half.. but.. the odds of that are probably smaller than guessing a private key.

Yes, cancelling the halving is very unlikely. To do so, you need to make a hard fork. How difficult this is shows the consensus discussion. Furthermore it would destroy trust into Bitcoin. It is just as likely as the increasing the of the Bitcoin amount from 21 million to 21 million + x.

Bitcoin halving cannot be canceled unless the whole bitcoin community agrees for an edit to the bitcoin source code that we all use. Then we all have to start using a new or updated bitcoin wallet. This will not happen, as it has been tried, with Bitcoin XT. Most people will reject this change, as when someone holds 21 BTC, they hold a millionth of all the bitcoins there will ever be.

If the halving is going to be canceled then the price can climb up to higher prices but I do think that the halving is going to happen with i the next up coming months. The halving will be good for the people that want to buy some coins.
