Bitcoin is just an asset, i conclude that yes it is, and bitcoin has a value like what our other assets have. Bitcoin is like a paper money that we can use online, although we can not see it on our hand if we do not sell it, but like fiat money we can use it in the same way.

Depending on how you actually look and treat Bitcoin. It can be used mainly as an asset or a storage of value. That is how it is being treated by many people here. They buy Bitcoins and then leave them for a while to have it grow in value and then they will come back later and convert a portion of it to fiat. Some of them do not really use Bitcoin to buy anything. But for some people as well, Bitcoin is really a currency that can be used anywhere in the world.

I have read in the news that that like bitcoin as virtual currencies are assets and does not have the characteristics or what it takes to be a currency that could meet our modern economic needs. It was said that it does not have the fundamental attributes. What are your thoughts about it?

Bitcoins is just an asset before because it was not that profitable but since today it was very famous already and there are a lot of consumers who are planning to invest day by day then it become a currency because most of the online stores are already allowing a payment method through cryptocurrency.

for me now crypto is not just an asset but a savings in the future.
for some people does consider this a risky asset because there is no guarantee.
currently many are already using it as an asset and I am comfortable as it is,

I can think right now, no. Bitcoin's dollar price is very easy to change. One can easily get or lose 50% in just a short time. So if we are referring to a kind of asset that yields a stable return, Bitcoin is not a good candidate.

Bitcoin is not just an assets.  It is more than an asset.  Looking at the trend of currency and market movement now, it is obvious that in the coming years bitcoin will emerge the ultimate sole exchange of transactions.  To put a peg, it will in turn put a lasting solution to the world problems.

In my oponion Bitcoin is not only asset, its also popular like gold. We can use it in different ways. I think if some countries declare it valid, then its popularity will increase further in the future.
It's the digital gold of the modern age. This discussion has been existing when I was new to bitcoin. On the other side, they are saying that bitcoin is not just an asset which is right. One must determine what an asset means and bitcoin is totally hitting that line that it's not only like that one. On the other side, bitcoin is also an investment that many met bitcoin that way so its up to the understanding of someone on how he's dealing with the set of definition about bitcoin.
agree on it that bitcoin is not an asset to be that we are making and seeing for that this is just an asset but if they may all know what bitcoin is real for then they may able to know for that this is not just an asset that we can take for.
I can't understand what you really wanted to say mate, it makes me confuse on whether you are saying bitcoin is not just an asset or it is.
Bitcoin is like a asset not a lability for me. It is also my  income source , because I can use it to buy some of my needs. Grin
You should figure out what a liability is. Bitcoin is definitely not a liability and for something that you can use for buying like exchanging of goods or services it can be a currency or it can generate source of income.

bitcoin for me is an asset and my investment and I am happy that from 2013, I could have the investment like other people although my investment is in cryptocurrency and not in real life. but I am sure that in the future when all people realize about cryptocurrency, they will use bitcoin as their investment too. but bitcoin is not just for an asset and the investment, but bitcoin could be our way to make money and our way to be a rich person from the cryptocurrency.

The benefit of using bitcoin would be to eliminate the hassle of exchanging currencies and clearing the money through banks. The whole idea of bitcoin as a currency is you don't have to do any of that,

The most critical of a cash is that can be a steady store of significant worth. So for me, bitcoin does not meet this criteria so couldn't be considered as money. And furthermore due to its unpredictability, being the cost is extremely precarious in addition to the affirmation is ease back making it hard to truly think its a cash that can be utilized by ordinary citizens. The step by step value swings of bitcoin don't make it a likely set up of money, yet they make it flawless as a "theoretical resource".

For me bitcoin is already a digital currency because I can use it to send and receive money and to pay bills. Although I haven't tried it yet to buy commodities I believe that it's going there. Soon we can use it to buy things that we need for everyday use.

As of the moment, I would consider bitcoin as an asset becaue it is a person's property once he bought it. Right now, most of the people only buy and/or own bitcoin so they could hold them for a long time so its value would rise.

COINS with broad prospects and huge daydream space, since 2009, prices continue to rise, after the birth of 2011 dollar price of $1, 2013 to a maximum of $1200, more than 1 ounce of gold price, have the laudatory title of "gold".

Bitcoin is a brand new thing. Like the Internet, bitcoin has a brand new underlying technology.
